Beds are comfortable, location is great.

For such a hotel I would expect a much cleaner SPA and pool area!

The location is great, surrounded by both, the nature and the city, with children playgrounds, shops and restaurants nearby. The indoor and outdoor pools are well maintained, suitable for the whole family, including elderly and children. They can be also be used for hydromassage, hence be very therapeutic. The spa was also great. The rooms are cleaned every day. The hotel areas in general are spotless. The food is delicious.

During our 4-night stay the red meat served at dinner was mainly pork, however chicken and fish were served every night, so we had alternatives.

As I said when I checked in, it was impossible to find a way of communication with someone of the reveption or the staff. I am not from Bulgari and the only way to book a room it was by booking. Even when I call the phone number it was not a human response by the other side. Everytime I booked in a hotel I gave the number of my card but iti is the first time that all the money were taken all. I always pay in the reception when arrived. If you want to be fair with the clients this is not the way to get the money. I will not book by your hotel, my family either, even then the services there are fine. Please be aware of this.

Different food

No changes for many years.

This is not our first time to come in Interhotel, i must mention that the breakfast now is even better than before with more choices which is great. One of our nights we decided to have a dinner in the hotel, i must say the dinner option is also better than before which was really great value for money. The spa facilities were excellent, good water temperature, sometimes maybe too crowded but that is not hotel's fault. The room was clean and warm and everything worked perfectly. The hotel was wonderfully decorated for the holidays and i must mention that this hotel has the best lobby, you can find a great spot and relax while reading a book, the wi-fi speeds were great.

Maybe the lady in the bar can be more smiling, and i would suggest the lifeguards to be more present at the pool because many visitors dont apply to the rules of the spa area (many guests especially kids jump in the pool which is forbidden).

I recently stayed at Interhotel Sandanski and loved their spa center and thermal pools. The spa was relaxing with great services, and the thermal pools were warm and clean - perfect for unwinding. Highly recommend for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay!"

One issue was the practice of guests leaving their towels on sunbeds at the pool area to reserve them and go out of the hotel, which often made it challenging to find an available sunbed. Additionally, the breakfast time was quite crowded, leading to a somewhat hectic atmosphere. Addressing these issues could significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

Friendly and polite staff. Rich and varied food on the buffet for breakfast and dinner. The hotel is nearby everything. There is a park quite a short way off. The pools were clean and with hot water. There was only one small terminal pool outside which is perfect for kids, but I think when it is raining this would not be suitable.

The room was broad but not perfectly cleaned. We've lost the key to our car and searched all around, and I could advise the staff to be more precise in cleaning the room, especially under the bed and around it. The sheets were stained. Overall the setting is a bit outdated.

Location of the hotel is the best you can wish according to me At the entrance of the park Sveti Vrach and at the beginning of the main street of the town. Although I didn't use any of facilities in the hotel (I came to visit the town.) I saw large number of facilities for relax or SPA. Some guest were lingering up and down in the hotel wearing SPA gowns and SPA slippers giving a feeling of being in their own homes. Hallways in the hotel are bright, clean and broad. Room was spacious with modern interior. I had a very relaxing and comfortable stay.

Parking lot is large, but open air without any shade for the cars. In hot summer day cars are exposed to Sun and getting on the car during the day is not a pleasant experience.

Quiet place, convenient parking for cars. The rooms are clean, the linens and pillows are comfortable, the room is clean and spacious. I liked the food - tasty, varied (we took breakfast + dinner). I liked the thermal pool. The pool and locker rooms are also clean. The staff is polite, both at the reception, on the floor and in the restaurant. They work professionally. Large park area for walking. Overall, very good value for money! Mineral water was collected in a thermos from a spring in front of the hotel.

Lots of people come on the weekends and it was February! If you want more privacy, come on weekdays!

The location is excellent and the staff is very very kind.

Some days there is too much crowd at the pool and the staff can't solve the problems - jumping in sight, reserving sunbeds with towels for the whole day from early in the morning and no one sits in them, drinking and eating on the edge of the pool and around. Tolerating such guests is not a good picture for the other guests. The staff is very very kind, but maybe the managers should give them more rights in keeping order at the pool.
