The staff was amazing, I really want to thank them for the efforts and helpfulness. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect and helped us celebrate our personal celebration. The rooms were extremely clean and comfy which helped to relax and have a great time there.

As it is fairly isolated it offers a unique experience. Being able to sleep with the windows open and listening to the stream was a very pleasurable experience. A special mention to Nickoly who came the second day of our visit he was fantastic and made our stay enjoyable.

When we initially arrived and were confronted with a fairly aggressive staff member and we discussed whether we should move to another place. He .was really difficult. Fortunately he was not there the next day so we decided to stay. The rooms need a makeover they are dated. There was a kettle but no cups or anything.

The host was very friendly and helpful. We were leaving early in the morning, before opening of the restaurant, so she organized some breakfast food for us in the evening before. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable. It is situated in a valley near a mountain river.

A comfortable, quiet retreat in the woods of southern Pirin mountains with very friendly service, cosy rooms with all you need and a phantastic view in the forest, the river just in front of the hotel and the mountains around. You need a car or taxi service there also to reach the hiking paths some kilometers away. An ideal place for relaxation and solitude.

This hotel turned to be a great surprise for us. Cozy room with big terrace by the river, delicious food, very good wine in front of the fireplace. But above all was the amazing staff with great attitude and kind attention to all our needs. We will definitely visit this hotel again.

Giorgio you are the best

The most beautiful location with an amazing room with a mezzanine bedroom. Wonderful sound of the water rushing past in the woodland stream. Nikolay was so helpful and went out of his way to find a shop selling English adaptors as we had left ours in Greece. Good food and we wished our stay had been longer.

Everything was great and we thoroughly recommend staying there.

This was the best hotel experience we’ve had, we warmly recommend this place and will surely be back. The hotel is situated in the mountain, literally next to a lovely stream (the sound is soothing and enjoyable!) There is a restaurant and a picturesque garden with good food and lovely view. We loved: - the design of the rooms and the hotel in general is beautiful and stylish - the river below is very calming - the views of the mountain - the quiet - the informal, but polite attitude of the staff - And everything else from pillows to insect-protectors on the windows and doors, to the soft towels and flooring and the shower design - everything is perfect, clean and well thought-of. Finally, we were very impressed by the staff! Lovely people, who wanted us to feel comfortable and happy the entire stay. We had booked a smaller room (still stunningly beautiful), but next to us there was a young baby, which bothered us as we really needed some quiet days after a stressful time at work. When we explained the issue, the staff kindly moved us to a much bigger room on two levels (a maisonette) for our entire stay. They were also very kind to supply non-dairy milk for me. Any questions we had about activities in the area or anything else, they were happy to answer. We felt so at home and taken care of!
