The staff was amazing, I really want to thank them for the efforts and helpfulness. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect and helped us celebrate our personal celebration. The rooms were extremely clean and comfy which helped to relax and have a great time there.

Playground for the kids to safely run around and play. Pullup and Dip bars for working out. Rooms' interior design is very nice and creative. TV/mirror with many channels to choose from. Nice cool climate, beautiful river right next to the hotel. The coffee they make there is delicious.

The road to the hotel is very narrow and dangerous with incoming traffic. The food was greasy and I suffered heartburn twice after eating in their restaurant. Because of the river, there are mosquitos outside.

As it is fairly isolated it offers a unique experience. Being able to sleep with the windows open and listening to the stream was a very pleasurable experience. A special mention to Nickoly who came the second day of our visit he was fantastic and made our stay enjoyable.

When we initially arrived and were confronted with a fairly aggressive staff member and we discussed whether we should move to another place. He .was really difficult. Fortunately he was not there the next day so we decided to stay. The rooms need a makeover they are dated. There was a kettle but no cups or anything.

The location is breathtaking – right by a crystal-clear mountain streamת ,surrounded by peaceful forest and fresh air. It’s the kind of place that instantly makes you feel relaxed and connected to nature. The room was clean, cozy, and very comfortable, with beautiful views all around. What truly made the stay special was the warm hospitality – the hosts are incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming.

The quality of the food is inconsistent. Some was good and some less.

The host was very friendly and helpful. We were leaving early in the morning, before opening of the restaurant, so she organized some breakfast food for us in the evening before. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable. It is situated in a valley near a mountain river.

Nikolay from reception was really kind and helpful. Our car had issues and our kid was sick and he drove to a pharmacy in Sandanski to get us some medicines. He didn't want any money from us for the gasoline he used, but we insisted. He addressed every request that we had with a smile. Iliyanka, the cook, was also very kind. The food was delicious. Our room was spacious and clean. We had a wonderful stay.

We liked everything.

A comfortable, quiet retreat in the woods of southern Pirin mountains with very friendly service, cosy rooms with all you need and a phantastic view in the forest, the river just in front of the hotel and the mountains around. You need a car or taxi service there also to reach the hiking paths some kilometers away. An ideal place for relaxation and solitude.

This hotel turned to be a great surprise for us. Cozy room with big terrace by the river, delicious food, very good wine in front of the fireplace. But above all was the amazing staff with great attitude and kind attention to all our needs. We will definitely visit this hotel again.

There was absolutely nothing negative in this property.

The most beautiful location with an amazing room with a mezzanine bedroom. Wonderful sound of the water rushing past in the woodland stream. Nikolay was so helpful and went out of his way to find a shop selling English adaptors as we had left ours in Greece. Good food and we wished our stay had been longer.

Everything was great and we thoroughly recommend staying there.
