- The location was awesome. 5 minutes to the lift and near restaurants - The price is good for an entire apartment and it was very warm. - There's a supermarket directly next to the hotel. - The rooms are spacious. - There's a pool although we didn't try it.

- The sauna was out of service. We were looking forward for it :( - The kitchen is missing some utensils like pots and forks. - It's a liiitle bit outdated with some stuff like furniture and TV but that's alright.

Close to gondola, pretty central

Nobody greeted us, they did ring to check we had key, pool not open although it says open in winter which is NOW When we were there. My sons room bathroom door wouldn't shut properly and found an old drug bag in the lock, and a 5 year old pregnancy test which was 5 years old on top of water heater in bathroom, cleaning not great, under beds very dusty, I'm asthmatic which didn't help, banisters in hall where not stable and my sons balcony which was 5 floors up was extremely wobbly and scary

Close to the lift and local amenities. The room was warm and sunny in mornings.

The room had a seating bathtub that was a meter long, slippery and inconvenient. A shower place would be a better option. Staff might be difficult to communicate with. It really depends on who is manning the desk. On check in it was a girl who couldn't even provide directions to the room! On our question (in Bulgarian as she refused to communicate in English) "where is the room?" we received an answer: "it's there". Though on checking out we were greeted by a lovely lady who was superb!

Location, big appartment

Offer cointains "free spa access" but this is not try. Only pool is available, spa zone is closed or need to extra charge for it.

Good location, 5-10 min to the gondola. Apartment was big, clean and well heated. Stuff was very kind and helpful.

Some of the furnitures are old and sofa can’t be used for sleeping fot another person. Pool and spa working only between 17-20:00.

Staff were friendly and the apartments were a great size. Great location. Not noisy but still only a short stroll to rh Gondola. We had a few issues when we arrived but they were sorted the next day and the management gave us a complimentary gift of fruit and wine.

The apartment wasn't really clean. Mould on the silicone of the shower. Floors were dirty and bedding was stained yellow. We had to complain to have them replaced. A little more attention to detail and less sloppy cleaning and this would have been a 10 out of 10.

Good price for an apartment this close to the lift; has all the ameninities; the block has some saunas/steam rooms which presumably work (didn't try them); staff was helpful

the door opening system is bad, the card key isn't enough, you have to unlock with a knob too and sometimes it malfunctions - took me 10 mins to get into my room. Secondly, and more importantly, the bedroom was windowless - a sliding door out of the living room, a dark and gloomy space. Thirdly, the whole apartment smelled of pasta when I arrived - I suppose the previous occupants were cooking generously.

Built and maintened in a way that shows they're doing just the bare minimum. Lots of details off like diff temp color lightbulbs. No breakfast.
