PRO * location - taking a path through the woods to the ski road you can reach the gondola in 5’ * breakfast - nice breakfast (starting 8:00 even if it is not quite fortunate since the gondola opens at 8:30); * rooms - bedroom with really comfortable bed, but it was creaking; * kitchen well equipped;

CONS * spa - really basic (two saunas: one wet, one dry) + jacuzzi; * temperature in the rooms is controlled from the reception; * if you stay in predela lux you have to pass through a hall (temperature close to the outside temp, not ok when you return from the spa); * joinery in the bedroom was not “sealed” - near the windows it was very cold;

Spa facilities were excellent, great condition and often had the area to ourselves. Restaurant was not offering buffet breakfast as our visit was pre- season but the meals we had at the hotel were fine. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Room was warm and clean modern bathroom facilities. Reception staff were always very helpful and snowboard hire service was good. Awesome location for driving up to the skilifts each day and an easy walk in town centre.

We really enjoyed our stay in low season- not sure how busy parking/spa area would be in full season but we had no issues.

I liked that they have a very big garden where children can play a lot, green space and everything is clean, playground for children and trampoline and the room looks very good.

I was not happy that I could not use the pool and the SPA area because it was under complete reconstruction, even though they mentioned that the pool can be used starting from July 1st and from the looks of the works, it certainly won't be open at the end of July either. ready. Also, the walls between the rooms/apartments are very thin and we had the misfortune of staying next to another apartment with a family that made a lot of noise every evening after 11:00 p.m., which did not let us rest. There is no air conditioning and overnight the room is very hot.

The location of the apartments is great as a starting point to the ski lift or the hiking trails. The rooms are very clean and modern. They are fully equipped for a pleasant stay. The garden is adorable.

There was a coffee machine in the room but there weren't coffee capsules available. We were in the ground room and around 1 am the sprinkler irrigation system started running hitting the windows so it was a bit of a shock until we understood what is going on.

Overall, a great experience! A big apartment, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen, refrigerator, 2 TVs, tables for eating and spending time. Perfect for a family of 4, or 2 couples. Great value for money! The pool and jacuzzi were a great bonus. Just be careful: the temperature is controlled from the reception. You have to go there and tell them what temperature you want. Around 15 minutes walking distance from the gondola.

There is a dark street leading to the complex, but you can turn left earlier (coming from the center) amd that street is less creepy.

The size of the apartment has exceeded our expectations and the 2 bathrooms. The yard and the playground were awesome. There is a lot of parking space.

The swimming pool is not too big for the size of the hotel - usually overcrowded. If I book a room again, I'll do it without breakfast included - there are enough cafes in the town with much higher quality of the food and the coffee. I had to ventilate the apartment after opening the dishwasher - the smell suggested that it was not used and opened for quite some time. The checkout process was the receptionist saying "good bye" while talking with someone on the phone and ordering yogurt and other groceries for lunch. You know - the small details for such a nice hotel... I can easily bypass the drawbacks I've described and just enjoy everything else, so the hotel is still in my go to list.

Beds are comfortable. It’s clean. Kitchen well equipped.

Second bedroom had a small bed. It advertised as two bedrooms have large double beds… which is not true… it was not big enough for our two boys to share and my little son had to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. Spa area is good, but not looked well after… showers in ladies changing rooms had very bed smell. The floor around the pool becomes very slippery and dangerous… my 7 year old had a very nasty fall.

Our stay was during the peak summer month of August. Initially, we had concerns about the absence of air conditioners, given the heat. However, to our pleasant surprise, the mountainous evenings were refreshingly cool, and we even found ourselves reaching for blankets at night. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, we opted for the two-bedroom layout. For families with children planning a visit to Bansko in the summer, especially with hiking in the mountains, this hotel comes highly recommended.

Cozy and clean apartment offering everything we needed for our stay, the food was delicious, pool and the spa seemed like brand new and were very spacious. The garden was amazing with fun corner for our child. The staff were extremely polite and responded to every request we had.

Unfortunately, the pool and spa area were out of service during our visit, which was a bit disappointing.
