We have chosen Apart Dream because of great size of 2-bedroom mezonette which suted our family of 5 (and loads of winter ski clothes and equipment ) and location. It exceeded our expectations in all aspects, and we were so happy with how big, clean and comfortable it was, it had everything we needed, towels were supplied daily, and the cleaning as well. Breakfast was plentiful, everyone could find something they want, and it was with different warm dishes every day. It has ski room. Overall, it has incredible value for money, superb size of room, and great central, yet quiet location.

There could be someone in the spa at all times, since it anyway works for 5 hours a day, because guests in and arround the pool do not always behave decently.

In a quiet place. Near the gondola. You can approach to the hotel by vehicle and there is plenty of space for parking (it is not like in the center where vehicles cannot approach). 10 minutes from the beginning of the pedestrian zone. Several supermarkets are very close, some of them are open 24/7. Friendly staff. We stayed in a 60m2 apartment, which is very spacious.

Part of the street in front of the hotel is not asphalted, so passing vehicles raise dust. The apartment does not have air conditioning, so during the summer it is quite warm in the apartment during the day. I believe there are no problems in winter, because there are radiators.

This was my first stay at Hotel Dream and it was absolutely perfect, comfortable room which was cleaned everyday, clean towels. Breakfast was varied and hot always lots to eat. The hotel is very close to the gondola which is a bonus. Staff all very friendly and attentive. If you want a nice chilled break then this is the place to go. In summary, clean, quiet, close to the town and all amenities.

Pool could be warmer

Very large spacious apartment, separate living/kitchen and bedroom area. Lovely and warm but big opening windows if needed. Beds comfortable, I stripped the bed for the cleaner on last day and was happy to see no stains on the mattress. The furniture is a bit dated but is fine, same with bathroom. Advise for ladies is to take your own hairdryer, the hotel one is a nozzle on a wall and will take a while to dry your hair. The hotel/apartment is very close to the town centre and only about 5-10 minutes to the Gondola. Reception was always manned and staff helpful., cozy fire and bar area too. We used the swimming pool which was fine, a little chilly for me, and sauna after, also fine. Clean. We used the amenities in the kitchen to make toast in the morning, groceries are very reasonably priced in Bulgaria. We enjoyed our stay at hotel/apartment Dream and would stay here again.

Lift was a bit unpredictable and did break down. Swimming pool a few degrees warmer. Better lighting on the staircase, the lights are not very bright.

The hotel is close to gondola, ski rental shops, restaurants (5-10 minutes walk). - The apartment was very big, with one separate bedroom and one living room with kitchen. - The room was clean. - Plenty of space in the room. - Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for eating in the room. - Pool and saunas are free of charge. - Breakfast very good, plenty of types of food to choose from and different every day.

The beds/ matresses were not confortable. - Even if the radiators were hot all day and night, the bedroom was always cold (probablu because it was located on the corner of the hotel). - The water from the swimming pool could have been a little warmer. - The internet in the room was not active and at the reception I was told to use other room's internet.

Food was great, nice selection each morning something new. Girls working there, were excellent, fast service, all credits to them.

On ground floor, few meters from our apartment was dog house with huge dog inside. Dog is owned by hotel, and probably replacement for alarm system :) . Empoyees on reception were ignoring our complaints. So sleeping in this environment was challenge.

It has really nice saunas. They are working properly and if you put some water on the heated rocks you can easily reach a nice temperature.

We had to change 2 elevators and walk a long hallway in order to get to our apartments. It was really difficult. Also, there were no really double beds in our apartment. There were only 2 single beds put togheter, this can be difficult for couples who like to sleep togheter

Big clean two-story apartment close to the ski lift (11 min walk), good breakfast, amiable staff, sauna rooms, mountain view, big balcony, fridge, two bathrooms, fresh towels/sheets every day

You have to use two different elevators to get from the apartment to the restaurant/sauna (and back) if it is on the top floor, which can be confusing for someone

Great staff very friendly and helpful we checked out and still had some time so they opened the spa early for us and kept our bags safe while we went to get food. The cleaning staff were top notch! everyday we came back from skiing and the entire apartment including the kitchen was spotless. Meant we didn't have to spend time sorting out the kitchen and was greatly appreciated.

Breakfast wasn't great but it was included so can't complain that it was expensive.

Very nice, big rooms. Very clean. Kitchen fully equipped for basic cooking. Location is good and staff is very helpful. Plenty of parking in the area. Some shops and restaurants close by.

The bathroom had a few minor issues like a boiler water drain pipe was going into the floor drainage in front of the toilet and a plastic cover on the wall kept falling out. Sound proofing could be better so it could be a problem if you have a noisy neighbors. TVs are very old and don't have a HDMI connecter to hook up a laptop.
