Our stay at White Lavina was excellent overall. The hotel is well-maintained, the rooms are comfortable, and the spa facilities are fantastic—definitely a highlight of our experience. Also, the lobby area is great and there is a dedicated space for leaving your skis and snowboards, with heated boots rack. The hotel is within a 10-minute walking distance from the gondola.

We did encounter a couple of issues that left a negative impression. In the restaurant, one waiter pressured us about leaving a tip, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. Additionally, the cocktail bar was supposed to be open until 00:30, but the bartenders didn’t feel like serving at 23:40. The breakfast could be improved, especially the coffee.

Lovely hotel, we stayed for 5 nights as a groups of 3 guys aged 20-40. Our requirements were something close to the gondola, breakfast included, and ideally 2 rooms. We booked the 2 bedroom suite which consisted of the main living space with a double bed, and a smaller adjoining room with 2 single beds. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, fairly standard European buffet style, fruit, cereal, breads, eggs, bacon, sausage, cold meats. Didn’t eat at the restaurant, but the bar and lobby facilities were fantastic. Spa in the basement was good for soothing the legs after a long day on the slopes. All in it’s a great choice for a small group, couple, or family looking for something great value and location.

Only possible complaint would be the time of breakfast. Starts at 07:30 which in peak season makes getting fed, changed, and down to the gondala first thing really hard. 08:15 there’s no lift queue, by 08:45 it’s horrid - an 07:00 start would be better.

Ideal location a short walk from the Gondala and ski hire. Clean comfy rooms with a nice bathroom. Excellent breakfast and restaurant - ate here three times as it was so good. Waitressing and all staff very pleasant. Family and couple oriented while we were there Not full of rowdy groups. Great value for money.

No safe in room, though reception had a safe that could be used.

Amazing place with sweet and accomodating people. I traveled with my mom who is 75 and has reduced mobility - everyone was super attentive and considerate. The hotel is not as busy in the summer and the staff is reduced - they still managed to do an outstanding job.

The hot tub / sauna etc is only open 4-8 pm. Totally get why, will go back in the winter.

Location, ski equipment storage, excellent restaurant.

Very clean and spacious rooms! Friendly staff. Yummy breakfast. Very quiet as it’s not in the centre of the town. Restaurant has a really good menu. Available spa and massages.

We've really loved that the hotel is situated a bit off the main street, our room had a great mountain view. The staff was friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and bar. Billiard desk (by charge).

We had to ask to use the sauna facilities in advance, it was a bit inconvenient, and also massage therapists were not available during our stay.

The facilities were good and the room beds were quite comfortable. The balcony was spacious and had a lovely view. Staff was very friendly.

even though the breakfast is great, it’s the same every day. AC unit on the balcony makes a noise and it’s disturbing at night.
