Dumanov Hotel is in great location. only 5 minutes walk to the gondola supermarket is available in an immediate vicinity It's cozy. We got a room with a fireplace. I wholeheartedly recommend the Familia restaurant in the same building as the hotel. For true immersing into the Bulgarian culture. You won't regret!

For families it would be very helpful to have: - washing machine (not necessarily in the room) or laundry service (the paid one is quite far - 15min walk) - dishwasher (just to save time) Other than that, the place is great and gives great value for money.

Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the gondola and surrounded by good restaurants, supermarkets, and lovely street food. We would book there again in a heartbeat!

My only negative was that our room was on the first floor, above the street. Bansko is a lively resort and there's a 24h supermarket opposite the hotel. We experienced quite a bit of noise late into the night, my son slept through this however I'm a light sleeper and on occasion was woken up. I enjoyed the hotel too much to reduce my rating, but if you want quiet, ask for a room away from the street.

Nice and helpful staff, spacious apartment, good cleaning, excellent heating. There was a kitchenette in our apartment, good for preparing breakfasts and light meals. There is a ski room in the hotel, where you can leave your equipment free of charge. Gondola is within walking distance. There are few hotel parking spaces, but there is a large public parking behind the hotel free of chare, where we parked.

No major issues, everything was as expected and advertised, even better.

Friendly helpful staff. Location to the centre and gondola. Cleanliness, fresh towels and room cleaned daily, warm room, good shower, kettle, ski room, safe, spa.

These are very minor and more for information than a criticism. The room got too hot at times, no tea spoon. This is not a brand new hotel so set your expectations accordingly. Limited space for a triple but we managed fine and the photos accurately show this

They need to install a better dryer, as the one in the bathroom only stays on for 3 minutes. We had a little problem because our towels weren't being changed, but I spoke to a lady who I believe is the owner and everything was resolved!

Le location is very good, in the heart of the city, restaurants and gondola, the rooms were spacious and it was very handful to have 2 bathrooms (one with toilet and one with shower). + very nice spa, very big jacuzzi. And enough parking space in the back of the hotel. We would return if coming back to Bansko

The fact that the smoke from the restaurant's barbecue downstairs was always coming in when opening the window (needed due to the warmth in the apartament).

Staff very friendly and always helpful. Welcoming feel whenever we entered building. Nice room with balcony and all amenities needed. Good spa/massage facilities. Attached restaurant very good but was only open 2 nights due to time of season. Hope to stay here again

The location was excellent. We were only a 5 minute walk away from the main Gondola lift and our ski hire which was located on the same street. All of the staff were very welcoming and were more than happy to help you at any time and the room was maintained daily including fresh towels. The sauna and jacuzzi were great after a full day skiing and they were clean. The restaurant attached to the hotel had great food and great prices which is also discounted if you stay with Dumanov.

The pillows were terrible, they were small and rock solid and it could get quite noisy in our room due to the nearby restaurants playing music. This was mainly due to having the balcony door slightly open to let cold fresh air in through the night as it got really warm in the room. The noise was hardly an issue when the door was closed. The room also stunk of smoke which was mainly noticeable after we'd got back to the room and the cleaners had been round.

The location of the hotel is excellent, within easy walking distance of the gondola and restaurants. For the price we paid it was excellent value. Having a balcony, kettle and fridge were very helpful. The staff were also really friendly and helpful.
