Staff were amazing. Everything was so relaxed and free. Very accommodating with every request. The rooms were spacious, cleaned every day. Well equipped and a lovely view from the balcony. Because the friendly, relaxed nature of the staff and place, with the perfect location, we'll 10000% be back.

Nothing. For the price and what wanted, it far exceeded our expectations. I think this is what people forget when they are leaving reviews. If you want to live in a world with rigid rules and pay exceeding amounts for it, then this is not the place for you. Come, relax and enjoy.

Hotel is very comfy, warm. Whole hotel is clean, locatin is great, very close to gondola. Jacuzzi, sauna and pool is awsome after skiing. Robes had been great additional. Big room, plenty of storages and comfy bed. My son was very impressed with free table pool and ping pong. Great value on budget.

Perfect location 10mins from gondola, and far enough from the from loud late night drinkers. Clean and comfortable. Excellent value

They didn’t serve any food/ breakfast at all. We were directed to a hotel down the road.. We just ended up going to supermarket for supplies which was 5 min away and well stocked.

The location of the hotel was good, it was close to the gondola station. The bed was comfortable.

The water in the pool and the jacuzzi was very cold it was unpleasant experience; we couldn't use the wellness because of this.

Cheap and cheerful. Only needed as a base to shower and sleep whilst we were on a 3 day skiing holiday. Interior was dated but exceptionally clean which was more important to us

We didn't have a fridge in our room- this would have been good to keep milk in so we could have a decent brew in the morning. I think we could have requested one as there were some in other rooms, we just couldn't be bothered! I'm sure the staff would have sorted this issue quickly.

The location is great next to the bars and restaurants! Nice view from balcony. The staff was very polite people

The light in the morning was very disturbing even though we had closed the curtains… Also the pillow is very flat

This is a great little hotel. The guys running it are amazing. The atmosphere is very warm. The facilities are great for a ski break. Honest value for money.

Rooms need painting and updating maybe but it’s fine for a ski break.

The location was excellent. Walking distance to everything. The staff were really friendly.

The water was cold during the night, had no breakfast, blankets were somewhat thin for winter, asked to move out by 12PM

Very very nice personal staff. Location very close to gondola. Restaurants and shops also near. The rooms was very worm, also the pool was very clean an worm. Kid's pool jacuzzi and sauna also perfect. The manager it's a 10 out of 10 person. We definitely are going to come back.
