Location is perfect for the ski lift and close to lots of restaurants and bars. The bar on site is quiet in the afternoons, and is well equipped with a pool table and dart board. The bartender was very friendly. Breakfast selection was good with lots of vegetarian options.

I thought the property interior was quite dated, and wasn’t the best value for money compared to other properties in the area. The pool was nice but was very overcrowded from 4-7.30pm. They also ran out of towels most days. Breakfast is only served from 8am, which is quite a rush if trying to make the first gondola up the mountain. Also, our room was not ready for the 2pm check in, so we had to wait in the lobby until 3.45-4pm, which was quite inconvenient after a long day travelling.

Good position in town, less than 10 minutes walk from the Gondola. Good sized twin- bedded room . Good to be able to adjust heating settings. Good variety of hot and cold options at breakfast, with freshly made Belgian waffles available. Evening meals had good selection of salads, and reasonable selection of hot courses. The traditional Bulgarian food was very good. Desserts were less varied but nice. The Spa staff were very friendly and gave good massages.

Would be useful to have filtered water available at dinner as well as at breakfast, rather than having to buy bottled water. Reception staff were variable with their friendliness/ attitude.

Breakfast was good. Underground parking was good (they rectified the entrance for 2025 and normal cars can enter now) but quite expensive, 25BGN/day, it was possible to have a parking spot reserved outside for 15BGN/day. The room was big, the heating was very good, hot water working well. Location is great. The sink was clogged when we arrived but told the receptionist and was dealt with immediately. Staff was generally very nice and helpful. Judging by some other reviews I expected worse, but everything that was important was very good and taking into account the price paid I think the hotel is great (180BGN/day/2persons). The spa is a good bonus. We had 2 balconies, the view is amazing.

There were some stains on the sofa, the drainage in the bathroom was made poorly and water would collect in the middle. If I nitpick, the water in the pool could have been a little hotter (it was sufficient, 30-31 degrees C, but a few more degrees and it would have been wonderful). You could quite clearly hear noises from other rooms through the walls, but generally it was quiet and this was not a problem (just one night a group of people arrived at about 3:00 AM and woke us up, I was staying at the 4th floor and my friend was staying on the 1st floor and we both heard the noises those people made)

A very small minority of restaurant staff were quite rude and abrupt when asked about water. On some days there was no juice, butter or water foundation. Treadmill in gym not working. Pool a little chilly. Price a little expensive compared to other accommodation.

Great location, comfortable rooms, decent breakfast and a lovely spa.

Walls are really thin so you can hear “everything” in the other rooms. Glad I took ear plugs.

Room has 1 door to separate 2 bedrooms….this is very noisy. You can hear everything from your neighbours and can not sleep by night if u have sensitive sleep

It was very close to Gondola. Great location. Food was nice. The pool was warm, 30*C measured with apple watch.

We had to pay for Parking of the hotel even though in Booking it said it was included! I searched in Booking specifically with Parking included which showed me this hotel and booked it. The hotel was also non-refundable after a day or two. Then I had to pay extra for the parking of the hotel, when we arrived! I didn’t like this.

Great hotel, very friendly staff, Thomas the owner and manager was there to check the stay was good. Our room had two bedrooms and a lounge, and fridge, perfect for our family group. Spa was really good after a day on the mountain, great quality breakfast, perfect location 300m from the Gondola and right next to the ski equipment shops.

Hotel is close to the gondola and the pedestrian zone with lot of restaurants and bars. Our rooms were with new furniture in the annex building. Breakfast and dinner are OK, spa with swimming pool (water was enough warm) is OK as well.

In the spa there is no possibility to dry your hair and you have to go to the room through the cold hall in order to dry hair. During our stay, 4 nights, the towels were not changed even once, which is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. The employees are acting out of sync, when we arrived at the hotel, we did not receive a card to enter the building, and upon check-out they asked us for one. But none of the above had an impact on our stay, we still come back with positive impressions.

Friendly staff responding to requests and wishes. I liked the breakfasts, but not every day, but the cereal and beans that I love didn't appear every day. I liked the pool where I swam every morning before breakfast.

The free parking inside the hotel (not underground) is constantly full, we had to park the car in the free parking lots near the hotel. Parking opposite the hotel was paid and I often saw cars with wheel lockers. During the week there were few people in the hotel and breakfasts were poorer than, for example, on Saturday or Sunday. For breakfast the restaurant works from 8 to 10 o'clock. Last Sunday I was late, and the waiter twise took everything away from the table.
