The twin room hotel apartment was roomy, warm and comfortable - good at this price level. Kitchenette was basic with cooking rings, fridge, kettle, toaster and cutlery and plates. Beds were reasonably comfortable, and everything was clean. There was just about sufficient hanging space for wet ski gear and the heating was good. The room had glass fronted real log fire, but it was too much work to be useful for us. The bathroom had a shower and small bath The manager was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we had what we need, arranged transport to and from the gondola and to restaurants in the town. Breakfast as a very good, comprehensive European/Mediterranean breakfast with plenty of choice. Internet was excellent and enabled streaming of films and programs on our own Amazon Firesticks and other personal devices. The ski shop within the hotel carried a range of rental equipment, it wasn’t new stuff, but very convenient and the manager was helpful. The ski room was just a small room to store skis, so we mostly took boots to our rooms to ensure they were dry for next day. We used the small indoor pool just once after skiing, but many others were doing the same après ski swim. The bar was Ok, but never really used except late night parties on two of the nights during our stay.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was good, around ten minutes walk to the Gondola. There was a free shuttle bus if you preferred though. Swimming pool was lovely and warm, great for aching muscles! I booked four rooms for our party. The two bed apartment was an excellent size for four men. Two toilets was a god send first thing in the morning!!

Some of our group thought breakfast was limited, and starting at 8 meant we couldn't get to the Gondola early to get to the front of the queue. A couple of the baths leaked when the shower was in use. One of the triple rooms was small for three people.

Cosy room, good food, friendly staff. City is nice, lots of places to go out. Live music. If you dont ski its a nice place to spend a vacation.

Ski resort is very bad. Long waiting time on gondola up to 3 hours, ski pists are usually already ruined by the time you arrive. Expensive for what you get in return. You can hardly ski after noon and you wont be there before 10 due to bad transport. Probably worst ski resort in world.

The staff were excellent and made a real effort to make us feel welcome. We needed an apartment with basic cooking facilities and this fit the bill perfectly.

We put the two kids in the bedroom as they went to bed earlier than us which left us sleeping on the sofa bed, which wasn’t very comfortable.

Great skiing breakfast and the accommodation was good value for money. The rooms were also really warm and clean. The hotel is close to the ski lift, but a shuttle service is offered nonetheless, which is a plus. I also liked the rental shop which is in the hotel.

The furniture was slightly outdated and the way the shower was built meant that the bathroom would be full of water at all times. It would’ve been helpful to have a mop or something to help drain the water.

Everything! The food, the staff, the guests were all nice and the facilities were great. Even the fire place log burner smell in the hotel lobby was amazing!

Nothing was unlikeable, There weren’t a lot of English speakers in the hotel so was a little harder to meet new people to speak to in the hotel however it wasn’t really a bad point as everyone we did meet was lovely and it was great to meet a wide range of people from around the world.

Situated right next to the gondola base station it was also pretty close to the city center. The spa area exceeded my expectations even if in some of the days it was annoyingly crowded. The room was quite as I asked previously but it may need some refurbishments.

- the shower cabin( even the whole bathroom itself) was smaller than expected. - the pipe door from the toilet was damaged and it could ve been easy for cocroaches to enter the room - the mattress was pretty rough

The distance from the Gondola was perfect, there was a ski rental place inside the hotel which was good value for money, the room was clean and tidy and had enough space for everyone, the breakfast and dinner provided was good, the staff were mostly friendly.

The music playing in the lobby was different to in the bar and in the restaurant - it was unpleasant to listen to. The pool was nice but small

There was a fireplace in the room as well as balcony. the bathroom was quite good too and in general for the value of money it was a very choice.

There weren’t pillow covers for both pillows, there was another pillow in the cupboard again without pillow case and very old. There weren’t enough shampoo, and no shower gel at all.
