Very nice, well maintaned aparthotel. Staff speaks good english ans is very kind. Rooms are nice, clean, daily cleaning service organized. A lot of parking slots in front of the hotel or paid parking in the undergroound with dry step one floor up to the hotel. Pools is very clean and warm (30), even fine for small kids. Breakfasts and dinners are nice, variety where everyone can choose. Do not understand the negative reviews, this was my 5th stay in Bansko and so far this is the best price quality choice. Indeed dont expect luxurious 4* hotel.

The extendable bed in the living room is not super comfortable, but sufficient for someone tired after day of skiing.

I was a little bit worried when I read some of the more recent comments, but as soon as we arrived all worries went away. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful with good knowledge of english (not perfect but good enough). Rooms were clean and cozy, and spa/pool facilities were fantastic. Food is pretty good as there is always few meal choices and hot soup, salads and dessert.

Its close to the gondola but just a little bit too far to go in ski boots (if you are boarding you are ok). Food was good, but they should invest in food heating trays because some of the food choices were always cold. Our room didn't have bedside tables (I know its a small inconvenience, but it bothered me)

Everything could not have been better, excellent value for money, the staff couldn't have been more attentive. Excellent service and breakfast. We liked it so much we kept extending our stay 3 times and really enjoyed it. Reception lady, manager, bartender, kitchen staff, masseuse lady, thank you for all efforts! Good location and we had amazing time, we recommend highly, in fact we're staying there again when we return!

Location is close to gondola, 2-3 min on foot, but they have shuttle if you go to the ski. Store area heated for ski equipment. Also they have ski equipment for rented. The room was spacious with confortable bed, balcony, have kitchenette area with plate, kettle water, toaster, electric stove, etc. We booked halfboard and the meals was very tasty and various. SPA area was amazing as well. We really enjoyed to stay here, so will come back next winter.

Wifi only in lobby area, but is not a cons point because you can enjoy a drink at lobby bar, where the bartender prepare good cocktails.

Hotel Parklands has recently been refurbished we really liked the cleanliness and freshness of the hotel and all of its facilities including the 20m indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, Spa, sauna, steam room and gymnasium. The 5 course evening dinner is freshly cooked and has a different menu everyday all delicious and hot. The staff are polite and curteous and go out of there way to ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing The room we had was the superior studio which was spacious and had a balcony, TV and kitchenette area as well as everything else that comes with 4 star accommodation, In our experience this hotel is worthy of 5 stars and would highly recommend staying here. We also liked the tastefull Christmas decor👍

There was not a lot to not like about the hotel if I was going to have a gripe I would say that the breakfast eggs, bacon, sausage tomatoes, mushrooms etc should be in a a proper hot food buffet display cabinet to keep it hot. It is currently served in buffet dishes on a table.

Friendly staff, pool and spa, comfortable apartment. Everything worked smoothly, probably due to the smaller number of guests who were staying at the hotel at the time. A warm jacuzzi and swimming in the pool after skiing is a real atmosphere. great value for money.

Chef was rude to one of the guests who complains about food. His behavier was unacceptable.

The hotel is very good. Sauna and pool are amazing for after-ski relaxing, you even don't want to go to Banya or another thermal spa. The owner, Misha, is very friendly man. Also reception is extremely friendly and helpful. We faced some problems with wi-fi in our rooms, but it was solved in 10 mins. The wi-fi on reception is amazing, no limits and good speed. The breakfast is very good, everything you need before skiing: eggs, scramble, bread, cheese, fruits, even oat-milk ! The hotel also has a free transfer to Gondola lift and back, so it takes actually 4 minutes or 8 minutes walk. We never faced a problem with transfer there, hotel has 2 cars for 6-7 people and ski equipment. The mattress is a bit hard, but ok, no discomfort at all. You of course can hear noises from your neighbors, but not at nights, it's not bothering you. Our room was cleaned every day. Sofa in the second room was perfect, very comfortable.

If you want good coffee - don't try cappuccino on breakfast. Instead take long coffee from the machine and bottle milk. Milk in the machine is awful.

Fabulous, well worth the money , First time in Bansko , going through tens of reviews over 2 weeks and checking over 10 hotels I picked this one, Me and my 21 year old son, and I am glad I did. The hotel looked modern enough , very close to gondola, transfer was available and ski storage , facilities were great especially the swimming pool, sauna and steam room, massage prices acceptable and very good . Good breakfast, as a vegan, restaurant staff was very accommodating, even packed a vegan lunch box for our last day! - Very impressed. Some members of staff were speaking excellent English and very helpful with local knowledge, the hotel manager Miso helped us beyond duty to sort travelling tickets , transport etc The hotel’s staff members are young, but experienced, everybody working there was absolutely amazing , made us feel like family, Will be unfair to name drop ( but will still do!) as everybody was so nice , despite all the reviews I have read from previous years, I am glad I chose this hotel. Special thanks to the gold team, Maria, Konstantin, Miso ( bartender), Simona, Martin, Mario and Nikolai ( security) for looking after us! and to Mustafa ( for driving us to gondola every day) Will drink a big glass of Aperol Spritzer for you all, Cheers! for a fantastic time and see u next February! Definitely coming back and fully recommend the place!

Super, spacious room, fantastic swimming pool & spa facilities, friendly staff. I loved the breakfast - great choice & excellent quality. I feel I got a lot for the price I paid - great value for money.

I don’t feel anything could have been done better. Just a lovely holiday - I would like to return.

The apartment we had was very large, good for a family of four like us. The bathroom was very nice. The soundproofing which is genererally a problem was decent. The restaurant was clean and the food was decent, one might say good for blugarian standands. Pool was great. staff (apart from the lifeguard who was very cranky) was very nice and helpful, extra thanks to the shuttle drivers

All the furniture was making noise and or broken somehow. The sheets altheough clean, were very old and/or hâd small tears. the stove and oven in the room had been shutoff and could not be used. The dinner (we had halfboard) was fixed menus in some days, which made serving it a nightmare.
