This is the third time we come to this hotel. Feels like home here. The view and location are perfect. Heated indoor pool, good breakfast, spacious apartment and parking near the front door of the villa. There is a balcony in the master bedroom and also a large balcony from the living room. The kitchen has a sink, kitchen utensils, kettle, coffee machine, small fridge. In the pool area there are 3 saunas - one dry and 2 wet.

Great staff! Big spacious living room! Perfectly arranged flat and bathroom! Great view and balcony! We had a booking discount, so value for money was outstanding! The pool was clean and the SPA wasn't crowded during our stay! We used the aroma rooms and the sauna as well! There is also a nice fitness room and table tennis area that we took advantage of! The staff was great and let us stay in the hotel /SPA area/facilities even after we checked out of our room at 12 o'clock ! We'd love to visit again!

The only thing that could be improved is that at breakfast the only coffee available was instant coffee (no espresso).

Excellent spa hotel made of huge villas or rooms with nice mountain views and free parking. Engaging kids club. Excellent wifi and facilities.

Villas are in excellent state but some little maintenance issues arise. Quite annoying that the villa has a kitchen with fridge, sink, plates, silverware but not a cooking place nor oven or microwave! It is impossible to self regulate heating in the villa and fancoils are impossible to stop making some noise at night which is annoying when sleeping. Heating was excessive all the time in the villa, reception adjusted the temperature but it was still hot. The breakfast is very good while the dinner in the buffet restaurant had sometimes limited choices. Kids menu not available. Some irritating policies like not providing free water during dinner by locking the water fountain obliging to pay for mineral water.

The hotel is in a quiet place and has a pool with mineral water. Our suite had a beautiful mountain view and was spacious and clean. The receptionist and all the staff were very polite and helpful. The chefs were great in making the eggs the way we wanted for breakfast.

The breakfast and dinner buffet were basic with limited choices and average food quality. I guess the reason is because the hotel was almost empty. The management needs to review their approach in off season and offer Bed and Breakfast and room only options instead of overpriced mediocre half board. The aircondition controls in the room were not working properly and we had to call the house keeping few times to fix them. Aparently when we opened the balcony to get fresh air in the room the A/C turned automatically to heating mode. The hotel has a potential as there are amazing optios for day trips with wine tasting, hot springs and hiking in the area... Based on my experience this hotel did not meet my expectation for a 5* property.

The staff at the hotel is always helpful & polite. Rooms are big, well decorated & clean. More than descent breakfast & dinner. The pizza at the bar is a must :) The complex is perfect place if you're planning to combine mountain hiking followed by relaxing at the pool for few days. Perfect for children as well. Excellent ratio between price / quality. It was our 4th visit at this place, will come again for sure.

The air conditioner in the room had issues keeping the room cold enough, but it was very hot out there these days which might be the reason.

The location was great, the view from the hotel room was amazing. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly.

The pool and SPA area were extremely small for the size of the hotel, you had to wait in the queue to get to the sauna or steam room. The water pressure in the room was very low, sometimes you couldn’t even wash your hands. Water was getting either extremely hot or cold despite the heat control in the shower. The lobby bar works only in the winter, so you had to go the restaurant to get a drink which was uncomfortable for a person with baby in a stroller. The hotel needs to be refreshed as there were leaks on the ceiling, ripped/broken furniture and for a 4* hotel this is unacceptable.

The pool was fantastic, the hot tub was nice, the 3 different spa's we're also incredible. It was very clean, modern, and orderly. We we're shocked at the size of the rooms, they we're huge! Big for even western standards which is great! The mini-fridge was stocked really well, the staff was really nice. The spa was great, definitely take advantage!

There wasn't much communication on the time of breakfeat around the New Year holiday so we ended up missing it, but that's the only negative i can really think of. We we're 30 minutes late, because it ended ealier on New Years eve i think. Not a huge deal really, we just didn't see signs for it.

The quality of the water in spa, the views from the balcony on Pirin Mountains were amazing.

1.The paucity of the spa facilities comparing other places and regarding the price. 2. The linen hadn't been changed properly and the stains on them were evident. 3.The breakfast was almost the same throughout the whole stay , for example pancakes were served only once ( despite the fact that it's a place with children who like it very much). 4. The place is quite remote from the main attractions except some small adventure park, and if you come without car (e.g., with organized transfer) , you'll be stuck there. 5. Some house facilities requires better maintenance, e.g.leaking faucet in the bathroom and hanging lights near the beds. 6. The pillows were a disaster , could be felt at every head movement due to clogs.

Enjoy the spa, thermal water at very convenient temperature, and not smelling. It softens your skin and cures a lot of diseases. Qualified professional staff for massage, Japanese or conventional, cosmetics. Impressive view to the mountains from lying in the whirlpool or swimming. No outdoor pool, but that is not a lacking point, you will not miss it, as the indoor pool is open to the terrace. Restaurant in-house, but in 10 minutes walking you find traditional restaurants of excellent quality and atmosphere. The rooms or apartments are modern and comfortable, either in the main building or in separate smaller houses of the resort. Dobrinishte is 8km from Bansko centre, has different and more rural character, and nice cablecar for hiking up in the mountains. To be repeated, for sure.

Location - in a quiet area, next to the forest, but not so far from the city's center. Friendly, polite, and helpful personnel. Good food choices for breakfast. Pretty nice SPA - clean pools and warm water. Plus, you can buy swimming accessories' from the SPA center at normal prices. Steam baths are clean. There is a nice kids' room and outside a kid's playground in the complex.

There wasn't anything specific to make us feel uncomfortable. The hotel and the staff were always helpful. They even recommended some restaurants in the area. Maybe the only minus is that they don't have a convenience store in the complex, but there are two within walking distance.
