Our weekend getaway at this hotel villa was truly delightful. The standout feature was undoubtedly the cuisine - it was the best we've experienced in any all-inclusive resort in Bulgaria, surpassing our expectations. The staff's friendliness and attentiveness were impressive. They genuinely cared for the guests, ensuring our needs were met promptly and courteously. We did encounter a minor issue with the Wi-Fi, but it's worth noting how quickly the problem was resolved. This swift response demonstrates the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Really a pleasent surprise to find such a nice hotel and great reception staff, all speaking good english, ready to help you. I arrived late in the night, around 2:30 am and they were waiting for me with a sandwiches, fruits and water.

Acytually, I dont have anything to comment. Or maybe there would be something: the spa is too crowded, but I guess thats a sign that the hotel is good :)

We booked 3 days in this hotel and ended up staying 5 because we did not want to leave. The food is good, the spa is amazing but most of all the staff members are just incredibly nice and helpful and will do anything to make your stay nice. We would absolutely love to stay here again!!

We liked everything. The hotel is perfect for family with kids. Food was great, staff were nice and friendly and the apartment was spacious and clean. There is kids club which is super convenient and the swimming pool is suitable for children. The guys in the ski rent place located in the hotel were also super nice and friendly. It's the third time we visit this hotel and we will definitely come back. Great Bloody Mary and live music at the lobby.
