Spa is ok , apartment big and confy , breakfast ok ! Very polite staff - they accomodate us in other apartment , because malfuctioning of hot water boiler of previous ... Location is walking 7-8 min to Gondola square , very close to resaturants and pizzerias

All is OK , good value for money

The room and spa were great. Has a ski rental in the same building and a room to leave your own ski equipment if needed. Has a free shuttle to easily get to the gondola and back. Location was also great, only a few minutes walk from the center. The cold bath and saunas are great for recovery after a long ski day. We also took the massage one day and it was refreshing. Really great value for every buck.

Breakfast could be better. There was a smell in the bathroom, probably from the pipes or something. The lights broke in the bathroom but they got fixed the next day when we talked about it at the reception.

It was definitely great value for the money. The apartment was spacious, with two floors and two bedrooms, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was decent, and while the location wasn't exactly central, through a shortcut, it was not far from the gondola, which was a big plus. Pool and SPA were just fine.

The biggest downside is the location of the spa. If you're not staying in the main building, you have to walk outdoors through the garden to get there. It's not ideal in winter, but I guess that's part of why the price is lower.

We had a two bedroom apartment which was spacious, with 2 bathrooms and hallway space, made a big difference, hallway great when coming in from skiing with coats and boots. Bath in second bathroom great for after skiing. We had the sofa bed in use, still space and comfortable. Beds were comfortable also. Kitchen appropriately stocked, with fridge. Maid service was great. Breakfast had a good range. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus great for dropping to gondola and made extra trips when busy. Ski store room perfect. Asked at reception for hairdryer at the start and kept in the room for the stay. We were so busy in our group we never got to use the pool/ spa facilities but pool looked perfect size and people appeared to be using regularly but not overcrowded. We found lots of shortcuts to the town and gondola so walking down the main road wasn’t always necessary, under 10mins. We were on 4th floor, beautiful views.

Sometimes bathrooms had a bit of a drain/ sewer smell which came and went.

The staff was friendly, the room was spacious, clean and warm. The breakfast was tasty and had a good enough variety to choose from, they offered free transfer to the lifts which we didn't use as the hotel is located close to the lifts so it was a short walk. We found free parking just outside the hotel (even though I think the hotel offers free underground parking). We will recommend to friends.

In general all was fine, the only negative was that we found the water in the pool to be not as warm as we had expected.

The temperature and size of the room.

1. Shuttle service to gondola was terribly unreliable. It neither started nor returned on time, and that cost us in waiting time. However, the last day I complained to the manager and the security guard used his own car to transport us, and because of them I gave a hotel a good overall rating. 2. The food wasn't really diverse and deserts were bland. We often had the same thing twice. Timing of the meals is ski-unfriendly: breakfast starts at 7:30, and the gondola at 8:30, while the mentioned unreliable shuttle goes at 8:00, 8:30 and 9:00. 3. We had a boiler in our room, there was no central water heating pump. So we had to ration and shorten our showers, or wait for it to heat up again.

The room was large and comfortable. It had everything needed for a family's stay. There is a small kitchen with everything necessary even for 5 people. The bathroom is large and has a bathtub. Cleanliness is at a high level.

If you go skiing, the location is good. It is very close to the lift (500 m.). However, if you are like us on summer vacation, the distance to the center is long (> 1.8 km) for walking. You must use your car. The parking lot is small. Do not count on a free parking space. If there is a paid one, it was not offered to us. The last 200-300m of the road is gravel and all the way up.

The room was so warm and confy and very specious. The cleaning ladies were friendly and very polite. There is free parking outside of the hotel which is very helpful.

Breakfast should be upgraded with more choices. Also at the time we traveled the spa facilities were not fanctioning. Only the pool was ok. A main problem was that even though the room was so warm, the corridors were cold and we had to run from the pool to our room because of the cold.

The room was reasonably spacious with comfortable beds and a nice garden view. There is a nice pool and a great sauna in the hotel.

The kitchenette in the apartment was not equipped very well, the buffet breakfast was a bit too basic.

Very nice hotel with clean and spacious rooms, pretty good service! There is SPA centre with one not too big but clean pool, steam bath, sauna, salt room and Turkish bath. Breakfast is enough tasty but not too variety. What is very important for us, there is children room and playground
