The location is very good, very close to the gondola and to the ski rental stores! The staff is very friendly and gladly helped us whenever we needed assistance. The hotel restaurant is very good and guests have 15% discount when ordering room service from the restaurant.

Breakfast is extremely basic. It works and most people can probably find something to grab, but there is really very little variety so take that in mind. Other than that, one day i tried to shower at around 6p.m and they were out of warm water probably because its shower rush-hour or something... (when i showered at later hours it was ok).

I LOVE staying here, the hotel staff at reception and the cleaning staff are very polite, welcoming and lovely to interact with. Best value for money in Bansko. Location is fantastic. Rooms are quiet and comfortable! I always drive to Bansko and they have a secured under-ground parking so my car stays safe and clean. For a 3-star hotel, you get a great experience and value for money. Victoria restaurant is downstairs and you can order as room-service, orders usually get prioritized as if your in the restaurant. Parking and city tax is included as part of your booking. Mini-bar isn't extortionate either. I've stayed here many times in all seasons and it's my go-to stay when im in Bansko for a long weekend.

Some rooms can be a bit dark, and some bathrooms could use a better scrub once in a while but are generally fine and i have no complaints.

No coffee in the room The restaurant was empty - couldn't find staff to order coffee. There was a person inside the kitchen as I was waiting at the bar - as soon as we made eye contact the person walked away as if they can't be bothered to serve me at the moment. The bedroom was pretty empty - no furniture to put clothes or toiletries.

The hotel is with great location, just a minute away from the ski lift. There is an underground parking, which is very useful, especially in the cold winter days. The room was very spacious and the staff were very polite and friendly.

The rooms definitely need renovating. There was a smell in my room. The card key system needs to be upgraded - it took me several attempts and a call to reception to start the room electricity (the problem was in the card slot). There are no laundry bags in the rooms and no coat rack to hang your jackets (besides in the wardrobe).

The location of the hotel is fantastic - close to the gondola and great bars and restaurants. The hotel is modern and clean and staff are extremely friendly and very accommodating. Reception staff are available 24 hours a day as well. The breakfast was delicious and made to order every day. We will definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it

I think the breakfast could be diversified, not much food but a salad or something specifically Bulgarian would be welcome they should have more Bulgarian wines on offer

Amazing location, literally 1minute walk from the gondola. Close to other apres ski bars and restaurants also. Lovely staff, extremely accommodating and helpful - saw other reviews which disagreed with this which I think are wrong! Ski storage very easy. Rooms were HUGE. Restaurant within hotel also delicious food would recommend to all and would definitely return if we ever came back. Special thanks to Kostadin!

the prices that the hotel give us for another things to do was not correct/ it was cheeper at the hotel and when we go to the place they told as that is old price and now its more money. also they call a taxi for us and the taxi driver was thif. he took us 35 gbn and not 20.

Spa is very small and limited options. Hotel should give some discount at the restaurant for hotel guests, not just for room service, guests will go out less to other restaurants

Destroyed mattresses that made sleeping uncomfortable. Some of the hardware in the bathrooms is used, which affects the overall impression. The location requires minimal renovation. Otherwise everything very well. A precious stone to be polished.
