The accommodation was clean and warm. The kitchenette was equiped with all appliences we needed (toaster, coffee machine, kettle mug)

The cutlery and dishes were totally missing Bad lighting in the rooms ( enough lighting sources but the power of the light bulbs was very weak)

The aspen is a perfect location, in the heart on bansko resort. It was everything we needed

The only issue (which didn’t affect us but did our friends in the other apartment) there was no facilities to cook, no microwave and no saucepans or kitchen utensils.

All aspects of the hotel and the stay are perfect.

There was only 1 single thing. When entered into the apartment at first there was a strage smell. To describe it at best it was the smell you feel when you don't open the windows to let fresh air come into a room. It wasn't something so bad but you could feel it. It smelled like old/vintage furniture smells like. But after opening the windows and the terrace doors to let some fresh air in for a couple minutes, it was all perfect.

Location is perfect, been going there for many years now it’s great value and comfortable.

I remember when we first used to go and there was a working Jacuzzi and a bar you could buy a drink it’s a shame they are not open anymore

Close proximity to gondola and ski shops. Warm and cozy. All amenities close at hand.

Breakfast was too late starting at 8am for wanting to get up the mountain early in busy period

Good location, close to the Gondola, nice and tasty breakfast, friendly personnel, worth of money

Not very comfortable beds, pool space is old and need restoration .

The location is excellent, very close to the gondola. Room was clean, breakfast was pretty nice, definitely recommend it

Very close to Bansko lift ( you can walk to it with your equipment). tasty traditional Bulgarian food ( at fair price) . clean and warm . friendly staff. it is great to enjoy their spa after skiing/ snowboarding . nice Mountain View 👍
