The room was nice and spacious. Cleaning was good, on an everyday basis. The jacuzzi was really nice. Breakfast and dinner also very good. The personnel was polite and helpful. We also really enjoyed the party for New year's Eve.

Many employees didn't speak English. You can't run a 4 stars hotel and have employees who don't speak English. The pool area was really crowded. The room had a kitchen (sink, washing machine but no tumble dryer, oven and kitchen) but absolutely NO cooking pans, dishes or knives and forks , which means that we couldn't actually use it. When we mentioned that at the reception, they informed us that these could be provided upon request and we would have to pay for them. I think that wasn't right. If you mention in the hotel's facilities that the room has a kitchen , this kitchen must also be operational. Otherwise don't provide a kitchen.

Large 2 bedrooms appartment. Good mattresses. Warm enough. Nice pool ( crowded in the evening). A lot of little kids. We had one, too. ;-)

The food was good BUT each and every time the food was cold. We had breakfast and dinner. The soup, the egs, the steak, everything was cold . Very unsatisfactory. Too bad because the food was tasty enough... There is a safe box in appartment but you can not use it ( it is only for the owner use). Two years ago there were two kinds of sauna. Not anymore... Not even one... :-/

Nee spa center - indoor pool, dry and wet sauna, relaxing zone, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. The apartments in the Orchid building are large and comfortable. The food quality and variety was very good. Very nice lobby, with fireplace, sofas and armchairs. They also have a very nice area with special gaming tables for poker, backgammon and so on.

Breakfast only starts at 07:30, so skiers have to either skip breakfast and leave early for Bansko or accept the fact that they will wait in the gondola queue for 2-3 hours (during high season). The kitchen is almost useless, since there are no dishes, cutlery and so on. There were 4 medium cups and 4 glasses for water, that's it. The spa is in the main building, so if you are in one of the secondary buildings you have to walk outdoors to the spa - at 15 degrees centigrade below zero it's not exactly what you want.

I loved the apartment, the outside park, the great lobby. The therapy I had on my back was pleasant, releasing and not expensive at all. The host of the therapy center is great professional. The service at the restaurant is very good. Also the chooses for breakfast and dinner. Great chef, too.

Some of the spa facilities were broken or not functioning at all. There was no lifeguard at the inside pool and some guests were not following the rules. (Jumping in the pool, eating around it etc.) which made me leave the area. Of course the hotel is not responsible for people's culture habits, but somebody to stay there and make sure remarks are given when nessesarry.

Everything was excellent, the room was clean and cozy, the food really good, the workers on the reception very welcoming and polite, in general the facilities it offers you are amazing for the price you pay

Some people on the stuff weren't really helpful and polite especially the young ones and that is the only reason I didn't rate the hotel a 10/10 but overall everything was great.( I'm not talking about the whole stuff though, there were excellent workers too)

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The apartment was spatious and well-lit, The bed really comfortable (we also recieved a crib for the baby), Really warm inside, BIg balcony with a great view, The bathroom was really nice, The staff was more than nice and really helpfull în various situations. The menu was very diverse and the food really delicious. In the restaurant there are high chairs available, for babies, which you can also take in the room. The spa facilities and the pool were also nice but can get crowded in the late afternoon.

The kitchen in the apartment was equipped with almost nothing except a few glasses and cups and a kettle. Also the oven was not working at all. Not that much of a problem since the breakfast and the dinner were included in the price however this was a slight minus because we traveled with a 9 month old baby and if we wanted to quickly prepare him something in the room we were unable to do so.

the hotel is wonderful. very clean, the apartment is big, and very very warm. I turned off the radiators and it was still warm and pleasant. very good and varied food. large and clean indoor pool. we chose to go for 6 days and we paid extremely little, with this money we could not get to Romania for the Christmas meal. we have traveled all over the world and we are really picky, but this hotel impressed us with its services for how little we paid. we recommend and we will definitely come back.

-quiet location, 11 km far from Bansko, great view of mountains from the room and balcony -very good food, variety -quite large swimming pool in the spa, rather clean water, jacuzzi, warm water -free parking in the area -fire chimney in the lobby -nice design of rooms, lobby and the garden

-we stayed in the annex building and we had to pass through the garden to reach the spa and the restaurant, but the distances are small -no hairdryer in the room, which seems unacceptable for a 4 star hotel, you have to ask one from the reception desk -breakfast starting 8.00 a.m. which is too late if you want to reach early on the slopes -insufficient cleaning of rooms during our stay -the sofa, although extensible, is very small for 2 kids of 8 and 11 All in all the hotel is nice and we would return

upon arrival we received an upgrade to 3 bedroom room, instead of 2-bedroom, and that was really nice. The breakfast was very good and the dinner as well.

The rooms (doors especially) need renovation. Some part of internal swimming pool area was under renovation however it was open and worked, so not a very big deal, as we could swim there.

This is the third time we stayed at this hotel. We love the location as it is close.to.Bansko but it is quiet and we enjoyed the views from the balcony. The all-inclusive service is great with plenty of food variety, the staff are very friendly, the spa is clean and suitable for small children as well.
