We had half board and the food was simply delicious and varied. The facilities were nice, a little crowdy at times but not all the time. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The people from reception, from the restaurant and spa need mentioning, they made our stay relaxing and fun. The rooms were clean. Parking is big enough and close. Location was good, not too far from the ski slopes or the center.

The mattress was a little bit too hard for my taste, but that's not enough to spoil the vacation. Also some of the furniture was a little too worn, but not a turn off as well.

WI-FI IN THE ROOM WAS TRAGIC. AT LOBBY BAR WAS 100 MBPs BUT IN THE ROOM WAS 0,170 MBPs. I TOLD THAT TO THE DESK OFFICER,BUT NOTHING WAS CHANGED

We had chosen to include dinner in our overnight stay as there didn't appear to be a lot of choice for food close by. We chose from the inclusive menu offered but wanted one different starter. My starter and husband's main course both from the inclusive menu were served at the same time. I asked where the other starter was and was informed by the waitress that this, according to the chef, was the way it was to be served??? I asked her to return the main dish to the kitchen and bring it after his starter had been served and eaten. A very bizarre arrangement. The quality of food was ok. The restaurant lets the hotel down.

"I was disappointed to see some staff members smoking on the hotel premises. This behaviour is highly unprofessional, especially in this day and age. The hotel promotes winter sports and the clean air of the mountains, so allowing smoking contradicts the image they are trying to project."

Bansko Spa & Holidays provided me with the best hotel experience I've ever had! The breakfast was absolutely incredible - the selection was vast and every item was cooked to perfection. And the dinner at the communal table was simply divine. The flavors were out of this world, and I can't even begin to describe how delicious it all was. The spa was also a true highlight - the facilities were top-notch and I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I'll definitely be returning to Bansko Spa & Holidays again soon, as this was truly a getaway I won't soon forget.

The room was spacious, clean. It had good balcony and the bathroom was clean.

There weren’t chairs on the balcony. Don’t understand why. There is only one elevator. It was busy, even outside winter season. Can imagine how it is in the winter. Spa was okay, but for a 4 star hotel expected more. What really bothered me, there was water machine in the spa, as it should. But when the water tank was empty, nobody changed it for 2 days, even though i’ve asked. Restaurant was okay. Just eat something regular. For example, don’t order Ceaser salad 😀

The location is perfect, as well the breakfast and dinner that were included were superb. We enjoy the different meals prepared while the staff was taking care of our comfort. Friendly staff, ready to help and assist.

The internet connection was awful especially in the room there was no possibility for us to connect at all so we needed to be down in the lobby to finish our calls and meetings. That was the only issue that we faced.

The staff were nice and there was always hot water.

The shuttle bus did not arrive at the gondola. We had to call the hotel. There was also a day when they did not pick us up and told us to wait an hour and a half. We went with our car, but that is not the point. They said it was included in the price. The breakfast was OK but if you are vegan or fasting there is not much choice.

The rooms we booked have been on different floors, one with a great view of the mountains, the other one to the opposite side. There are only a few bedsuns and we could not find where to sit at the pool.
