From start to finish, this hotel delivered an unforgettable experience. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, setting the tone for a luxurious stay. The room was beautifully designed, spotless, and equipped with every modern convenience. The dining was outstanding, with every meal crafted to perfection. The staff were attentive, accommodating, and made sure every need was met effortlessly. The facilities, especially the spa and pool, were pristine and relaxing. This hotel truly defines 5-star hospitality. I can’t wait to return!

The staff was extremely polite and smiling, we got everything we needed for both our children, which is not a common practice. They even provide full baby necessities - chairs, food heaters, stools and potties.

The food at the Bistro restaurant was very mediocre for the price. Also, although the service was great, it is weird that you have to pay for the outdoor pool, while staying at the hotel.

Extremely friendly staff, good amenities and good location about 10m walk from the center. The apartment was very specious for the 4 of us and super clean

Not that much variety when it comes to block dinner. Otherwise food and the restaurant menu were good. Water is not mineral

Facilities were excellent, with a water slide and outside pool for the kids, an indoor spa with steam rooms, saunas etc.

The rooms felt a little characterless and dated, but were spacious. The kids club was more suited to toddlers and my 6 year olds were not interested at all. Staff could have been more helpful when trying to organise a babysitter (offered as part of the hotel services) without seemingly any idea of what I was talking about, and being passed between multiple people for days. Eventually, they rectified this by solving the problem and providing the babysitter free of charge, which was a lovely gesture.

Well sized rooms, with small kitchenette (stove, micro, a pot and a pan, some cutlery and glasses...if you need to cook something simple).Complementary water, tea and coffee during your stay (and a baklava surprise;-). The spa area, consisting of 2 finish saunas, 2 steam baths, an infrared sauna, salt room, jacuzzi etc. was clean and fully functional. The Bio poo with pleasantly warm water was not very big, and it can get crowded, but when it's less busy you can get a nice swim. Sea salt pool is actually a small square tub (maybe 2x2m). Enough sunbeds around the pool (though we were out of season) and a relax area. Ok breakfast and a very polite staff. Definitely would stay there again, but next time with our dogs.

The staff at the hotel were really nice and welcoming. The breakfast was very very good, lots of options. The SPA was good. I expected the indoor pool to be bit bigger and there were lots of people using it, so it was kind of hard finding a free spot and spending bit more time there. Other things were amazing and my fav the cold bath, I enjoyed it. We found the prices at the hotel restaurants a bit more pricy, but the food was good. And the service as well. We liked their attention to bring us sweets everyday as a treat and some gifts as well. We would definitely want to visit again.

It is not that we didn't like it. We were expecting it. The location of the hotel is a bit far from the Bansko Gondola. There is a shuttle bus with a regular schedule every day. But going out at night it required a bit of walking to get to the city or the ski area.

The hotel is VERY well maintained. Loved the warm rooms, comfy beds, the staff are absolutely fantastic, and the spa is great. You have a safe place for your ski equipment with heated rods for your ski shoes. Food is nice, maintenance was nice, we absolutely loved it. And I loved the personalized message for our welcome. I mean it’s the little things. 🤗 There’s a free shuttle to take you to the gondola every half an hour in the morning, and to get you back afterwards. The daily coffee and water in the rooms is awesome.

The WiFi kinda sucks. It connects fine but the speed and stability are not good. We didn’t need it much, and for texting and browsing is usable, but have that in mind if you plan to work from there. Would also respect if there were signs for guests to keep quiet late at night and in early in the mornings, because families with not so well behaved kids can be a bit much after 23:00, if you’re trying to get som rest to catch the early morning on the slopes. However we never did, but I’m sure you can just inform the staff and they will handle it. They are so nice and helpful.

The hotel is nice, the room wasn't bad either; it has everything a person needs. We liked the location; it's peaceful. The staff are kind and responsive. The breakfast was tasty, with something for everyone. A complimentary piece of cake was brought to the room every day; it would be nice if it varied daily.

Our beds were uncomfortable, not sure why, perhaps we're not used to sleeping on firmer mattresses. The outdoor pool costs 30 BGN per person, which I think is inappropriate for hotel guests, or at least this should be mentioned in the information beforehand. In the spa, some facilities were not working; for the steam room, we had to ask the lifeguard to turn it on (it was on low and had no steam), and one sauna was not working at all. The cold bath had debris floating on top, and some things, surprisingly, required an additional fee. This is okay, but on the third day, there were children under 7 years old in the spa area, which didn't make the stay very pleasant. There are designated pools for them, but this was not monitored either.

It was my second time here.The hotel is great, you have everythin you need.The spa is great. The room big and clean.They even met all my wishes..I asked for a balcony and I even had one! Big bed with plenty of pillows, which I liked.We had a coffee machine and a teakettle, a well- stuffed minibar.They were prepared even for diabetic persons.We had some complimentary thingsWater ( even for the back trip), cakes, coffee and tea.Big parking space, which was free.The staff was helpful and caring, with a smile on their face.I felt terrific, I felt spoiled.

Everything was perfect!

I like the spa facilities and pool but the pool needs some touch up especially the tiles. My son’s foot got a small cut from the broken pool tiles. The staff are polite and they were very accommodating. It was my birthday and they allowed us to check-in early which I truly appreciated as I was able to put son to sleep for his nap and we were able to enjoy the facilities more. They also gave us complimentary Baklava which is a nice gesture. Nothing that I majorly dislike. Only that the Christmas decorations are still there at the end of March. Overall it was really a good place to spend time with your family and the place is very kid’s friendly with lots of things to do.
