The cooked food was really delicious, so we really appreciated the dinner. The pool area is wonderful and clean, with a bar. They even provided heated towels for the SPA. We appreciated also the overall cleanliness. The studio kitchenette was well equiped with clean and good quality tools. The Wi-Fi quality was impressive for a hotel.

The sprung mattress was too soft and didn't match the bed size with 5 centimeters. You could effectively feel and see the springs and pits. The heating of the building is likely completely not functional. They left a huge electric heater who did the job, but this solution is really dangerous in a hotel. The TV support in the wall was fixed in a inappropriate position. The TV cable source - really poor quality and the menu in Bulgarian language. The communication with the hotel before check in was inexistent, they didn't answer to our questions.

The room is just renovated and very clean, everything is working, especially I like the spacious shower. SPA offers plenty of options and the pool is relatively big. The breakfast is delicious but the choice could be a little bit improved. Personnel are friendly and helpful. There is plenty of space in the private parking. The location is good for skiing, you can enter the slope in 100...150m from the hotel and then ski down to the Gondola instead of walking 600m in ski boots, which is cool. When returning, you can also exit the slope at the same place.

The biggest complaint is the mattress. It is extremely soft and extremely uncomfortable. The feeling is like you are sleeping not in bed but in a hammock. I had got my back pain right after the first night. The other point to improve is that while I like plenty of shelves in the wardrobe, it has no section with clothes hangers. There are only several hooks. It is an issue when you need to dry your clothes after skiing. But we solved it by asking for a drying rack at the reception. Also, it would be nice to have a couple of hooks for towels and robes in the bathroom as well.

At Predela 2 I enjoyed a lot the SPA area: there are three sauna's -two dry and one wet sauna, plus a pool and jacuzzi. There're also drinks and pizza available, reasonably priced, offered at the Spa area. Room is pretty large and equipped for a long stay with: electrical four, electric oven, microwave, fridge, electrical kettle, sink and dishes - you can find all what you need to prepare your food in the room - if you do not wish to frequent central Bansko's restaurants, which became very expensive in the 2024-2025 season. Also, the supermarkets in Bansko are very highly priced. I also appreciated the quality of the breakfast at Predela2 which was better than in other places in Bulgarian hotels. Also, I appreciated the ski store are which is convenient placed at the entrance of the hotel.

I did not enjoy the quality of the bed - fitted with a very soft mattress, not allowing a good and comfortable sleep. Inner walls between rooms are quite slim, allowing noises to protrude between rooms. TV channels - only Bulgarian channels which broadcast only voice dubbed movies. No international channels are available. Also the quality of the furniture and general assembly could be better, otherwise it was functional. Parking places are shared with other hotels in the same crowded area which makes sometimes quite challenging to find a parking place.

Predela 2 is one of several Apart Hotel - style blocks on the edge of this popular (in winter) ski resort. Our first floor studio was compact but comfortable with bed, kitchenette, dining table and chairs and a balcony overlooking a garden area, as well as, an en suite bathroom. In addition, the hotel has its own heated swimming pool which guests can use. Being a Sunday at the end of September, the hotel's restaurant and coffee bar were both shut. The security guard on reception spoke no English but rang the off-duty receptionist who was able to direct us to the nearby ( about five minutes on foot) "Motikata" restaurant with its welcoming log fire.

I have only praise for this hotel. Staying here with two young kids, we all fell in love with everything. The rooms were beautifully furnished with a spacious, comfortable living room, a cozy bedroom, and a small terrace overlooking the trees with the soothing sound of a nearby river. The floor-to-ceiling window in the living room filled the space with natural light all day. The kitchen was fully equipped, and there were plenty of extra towels, bathrobes, and slippers. The pool was fantastic—clean and well-maintained. The yard, and the kids playground fantastic. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff was outstanding. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved everything.

The pool and jacuzi was nice, there is a bar right next to the pool where you can order a drink or food.It was nice that right from the pool where stairs that would get you to a nice backyard with chairs where you can lay down and tan. Nice little wood and a spring that forms a tiny river. You can enjoy the nature while you feel like you're on the beach. Cozy.

There wasn't a massage therapist. They said they have it only in winter.

Very ncie and clean accomodation, exactly as advertised! Room had a nice balcony and a small kitchen, fully equipped. The food in the hotel restaurant was pretty good and we also had the option to grab our food and eat it in the room. Breakfast is a traditional continental breakfast, nothing lacking and everything was pretty good. The spa/pool area was also very clean - it only gets a bit overcrowded on saturday afternoons, which is totally expected. Staff was super friendly and understanding, we had absolutely no issues with our stay and will definitely repeat. The gondola station is less than 10 minutes walking.

There are numerous positive aspects to highlight about this property. The room size was ample, complemented by a terrace. The heating system worked exceptionally well, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a wide variety of options which are typical for the Balkan region. Swimming pool facilities seems well-maintained. Parking places were big enough. While the property is situated slightly away from the city center, its location in a peaceful area enhances the overall experience. It would be interesting to see this in the summer.

The room appears to have received little attention from maintenance staff or utility services. Everything seems on the verge of falling apart at any moment. The cabinet handles are loose, and the kitchen cabinet door dampers are broken, failing to keep the doors upright. Additionally, caution is needed with the shower faucets, as they may detach if turned too forcefully. If these issues are addressed, we would be happy to return, as the property holds great potential, and rectifying these minor issues shouldn't require much effort.

The facilities, and more specifically the swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam bath and Sauna. They where all clean with the correct temperatures.All negative comments that I have read prior my stay, either are not correct or they have been attended by the management. Perfect value for money. The Center of the village is 10 minutes walk. The rooms are clean and comfortable with adequate space. Plenty of parking outside the hotel. Indeed you have to ask for rooms to be attended and cleaned. For 3 nights for 2 person we didn’t really need any cleaning service.

You have to bring your own slippers to walk down to the swimming pool area. Also in no sufficient ammentities for the shower. Only shampoo.

Very nice flat, very clean and comfortable, very quiet, with a wonderful, spectacular view, it's fantastic to relax on the balcony!!!! Very pleasant nice garden! Very helpful staff! With a big TV if u have time to watch TV at all ..... Very comfortable and well equipped kitchenet, Very pleasant living room. Clean bathrooms (2 .. one for each bedroom!) with really hot water. We came 2-d time to exactly the same flat and will try to come again when it's possible!

There is nowhere to hang anything anywhere in the flat ... !! 🤣🤣🤣 It's a minor thing, just wondering why is that!?? No negative things really ....
