Overall it was great. Had a special room for kids. Location was great. Staff was very friendly. Food was tasty.

Found a cheaper price on the hotel website. Had to pay about the baby crib. Had to pay extra for the drinks on the dinner. Had to pay extra for the bathrobe for the spa.

The hotel is located very close to the gondola which is a great advantage for those who want to ski. Beside the pool on the reception there are other entertainment option(not for free). Also was very clean and big enough for two people. Another good thing is the parking available for the tourist.

Unfortunatelly the bathrobe were missed and you need to pay extra money for these if you want to go to the pool. The food was good but was the same everyday. Need to pay attention what you order from bar because someone else give my room number and in the end i was asked to pay something that i didn't orderder. Fortunatelly the manager understand the situation.

Excellent location. Food was good . Breakfast was really good. Egg station was the best… had to remind the staff to not cross contaminate meat on the station but the breakfast was good. Dinner was good not ideal if your Halaal or Kosher but there were plants of salad desert/ breads/ and had fish each day. The bonus but your ski pass at reception which really helped . The rental of equipment was a little more expensive then “Twins “round the corner who were better value for money

The location, the food and the staff was AMAZING. Everyone who works at Casa Karina was accommodating, efficient and nice, from the restaurant staff, to reception and the cleaners. They are a big part of our great experience. The food is delicious, especially dinner. The room was spacious and warm. The bed was comfortable.

The rooms need a renovation as the drywall is peeling in some places. Walls are thin, so you can hear everything. Spa needs updating too, as it can get crowded.

The location is only 5 minute walk from the gondola. We booked with 2 meals and the buffet was great, it had a lot of options to choose from. The wellness and spa were great. The younger staff were very receptive and helpful. The hotel is great for the price.

The furniture in the room is quite old and a little small for two people. Some pieces of furniture were broken. The bathroom does’t have a hairdryer, you have to go to the reception to take one. On the site it said that the ski boots can be deposited and dried and sterilised but they are only put on a shelf.

Great breakfast and dinner, all food was really good. Pretty good apartments. If you are planning to ski most of the time - this is a good choice.

Not the best cleaning. The floor in the apartment was dirty No drinks included in the dinner. All coffee and juice machines are closed during the whole dinner. The stairs in the pool are broken.

Nice hotel very close to Gondola lift. Friendly staff, good restaurant (there were freshly made omelets, a selection of cold cuts and vegetables), not new but very cozy rooms, stylish hall. There was a SPA zone with pool, hammam and sauna. The room was cleaning every day, new towel were given also. There are ski rent and storage on the ground floor and many tasty restaurants next to the hotel. The nights were silent and calm, there weren't any problems with hot water and heating.

The buffet food included in the half-board wasn’t the greatest. Often lukewarm or congealed or hard. We would have much preferred a choice of a main course, maybe chosen at breakfast to avoid waste; and also an egg station at breakfast (there was an omelette station some mornings).

The buffet was amazing, lots of different options and the stuff super friendly, ready to help. Pool and sauna were good as well. The location is great, very close to everything and the room was quite big.

They charge for the bathrobe use and the typical hotel white slippers, that is something that we have never seen before. Also we had half-board stay and they charge for the water during dinner that is quite weird.

Hotel is in a good location, no shuttle needed to get to gondola, only 5 minutes walk. The food options are generous and the quality is pretty decent (except for the sweets, which they suck)

Even though the accommodation is not cheap they charge you for bathrobes to use at the spa. Not a huge amount but just to mess your experience a bit. The pool area heavily smells of chlorine, you can hardly breath in there.
