Walkable distance to the gondola. You can adjust the temperature in your apartament. Good Spa. Great breakfast and dinner (especially the latter, good variety). The dinner includes one (large) glass of wine per adult. The water is free. There are robes for the Spa in the room for each member. Football field (and basketball) available, we had our own ball - the ones on the field were broken. Good service. Especially for dinner, the waiter even spoke basic Romanian! :-)

The kids complained a bit about the Internet in their online games, but kept playing. For browsing, it was ok. The temperature at the pool could be a bit warmer, but if you mix the swimming with the sauna, it is pleasant. One tip: the towels are not free at the pool (3 leva per piece), if you have space in your luggage, bring your own.

Very comfortable and clean apartment, helpful and nice staff, good food (breakfast and dinner), many pools. We arrived late, and the owner waiting for us for check in and bring us dinner to the apartment.

We had an amazing week at Seven Pools Hotel! Everything exceeded our expectations, from the spacious and well-appointed apartment to the delicious and varied breakfast and dinner options. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The pools were fantastic, offering a relaxing and uncrowded experience. Our swimmers especially loved the large pool, which they could enjoy without any hassle or overcrowding. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and we would highly recommend Seven Pools Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable skiing in Bansko.

The first thing to mention is the SPA. It makes 7 pools to stand out from other hotels in the area. I can confirm that pictures match the reality, and we enjoyed it very much. The room well heated (parts of the floor were heated), had a mountain view, firm mattresses and appliances (washing machine, electric stove, kettle,…). Other things to mention: kid's play room, ski storage room, and multiple transfers to the city centre and back (very useful when snowing heavily). Last but not least important, people working there were helpful and the whole place is being managed properly. This is probably due to the owner being around (you'd probably meet her sometime during your stay).

I don't think there was anything we didn't like. One could wish for more, but then one would need to pay double the price :)

The size of the rooms were really comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. It is very nice that they provide robs which is really nice. The spa is available most of the day from 10:00 until 19:30, at least in the summer. The kitchen is equipped well from the appliances POV, big refrigerator, oven, dishwasher. Is located close enough to the city center, like less than 10 minutes walking.

The breakfast diversity is quite limited. If you are for few days it's not so bad but if you are a week than it become quite annoying. Some of the pools were not available. From the safety POV the life guard is not present all the time next to the pool and if you want to get the jacuzzi to work you have to find him and call him to start the jacuzzi. Part of the sports like ping pong are for extra payment. Towels for the pool are also for extra payment.

Very friendly staff, delicious food, great value for the money and a nice place to stay at with kids. The kids pools were also awesome, they loved the slides. There's also a playground, trampoline and football field, all of which we enjoyed.

Warmer water in the pools would be great, especially the adults inside swimming pool. Also, the biggest and cleanest pool (same one) was too deep. I can swim but can't stay there comfortably with my kids who can't when I'm barely reaching the bottom. So we couldn't really use it much. For people without kids that wouldn't be a problem unless they can't swim or just want to relax in the pool.

Great value for money. We had big spacious quiet one bedroom room with beautiful mountains view. Tasty various breakfast. Very good restaurant in the hotel, we took half-board and had dinners in the hotel’s restaurant. Indoor and outdoor pools and jacuzzi. Clean hotel, friendly staff, good location, free parking. Easy access to the roads so you can explore the area. A lot of hiking routs within 20-40 minutes drive (Putin national park). We really enjoyed our stay!

The gym is very well equipped but there is no a/c inside.

I thought this was well above a 3 star rating. Spacious rooms and a lot of attention to detail; for instance lots of drawers and wardrobe space in the bedrooms and plenty of towel rails and hanging pegs in the bathrooms. The bedrooms are roomy and the beds are big and very comfortable. The bathrooms and showers are modern and very good. The kitchen was very well kitted out too with toaster, kettle, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer… We are a family of 5 and my 11 yr old son slept on the sofa bed which he found very comfortable. The whole place was spotlessly clean. The spa is fantastic, we used it every day and it was so nice and easy to just walk downstairs to it after a day skiing. The staff all seem really genuine people and were always very helpful, we felt at home straight away. Breakfast was good with a wide selection to chose from each day. We had dinner there once when we were too tired to go out, we felt welcome and the food was very tasty, home cooking style, and fairly priced. There is a shuttle to the gondola and a space to keep skis. We didn’t use it this time but it seemed really convenient and like everything else at 7 Pools, well thought out. Thank you to everyone that made our stay so wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again.

The kitchen space was a bit cramped with the sofa bed out but this wasn’t a problem. The hot loungers in the spa seemed to be switched off. Again, we enjoyed everything else.

Not cool, charging 3lev for towel for spa. It should be free for hotel guests. But on the other hand you have bathrobe for spa, And please dont cut bananas in half for fruit basket, put them as they are...

The best part of the hotel is SPA! Pools are clean and warm, there is 3 indoor pools, one hot tub, and one massage pool. Turkush bath is great, as well as sauna. Steem bath was too hot, bit the whole SPA is top! Location is ok, 5 min from the main street that will lead you to the center and gondola-ski lift. Rooms are ok, good heating and clean beds. Kids room was great, too.

The variety of food should be better.
