Loved this stay in Bansko it was incredibly welcoming especially at first arrival! We had never been skiing before and everything was guided for us! We were out in communication the BSR ski school who organised equipment and lessons for us with Ski Mania for a great deal! Hotel was warm, comfortable, very clean and the added perk of a sauna and steam baths was great for a day after skiing. I cannot wait to come back and will definitely be staying here again best value for money and super kind and friendly! Already recommended to a friend coming next month!

Friendly and welcoming staff with a positive attitude. Spacious and clean bathroom. The ladies come every day to pick up the garbage and to change towels. Large cupboard, tub, and large sink in the bathroom. Extremely comfortable and king-size bed. Great views and enough light from the windows. Large desk for work and very good internet connection. Possibility to work in the lobby.

No coffee or tea upon arrival. The cups for tea/coffee could be bigger. There is no telephone for room service. The shifts were from 8 AM to 8 PM. There is no menu in the room for the restaurant. I'm not sure if it was open. Only one nightstand by the bed had a charging soket. There are not many options for charging. The chair next to the desk could've been better. If you intend to work longer than 7 days, ask for a better chair. The seating is soft and low.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel! The room was very spacious, clean and warm, with comfortable beds. The spa with dry sauna and steam room was exactly what I needed at the end of the day on the slopes. I wish the swimming pool was functional, too. The old-style furniture others comment about, means quality sturdy wood furniture, fitting best to a mountain resort. We loved it! Location: 5 minutes walking distance to the gondola, but away from the clubbing noise, with next door supermarkets, restaurants and a must-try crepes place. Customer service: 5 stars at least. From every day smiling reception desk ladies to going above and beyond in helping me to get back the keys from my house I forgot in my room. I cannot have enough words of appreciation. THANK YOU!!!

Friendly staff at reception who are English speaking. The spa facilities and bath tub in room are plus bonus after skiing. Daily housekeeping and walkable distance to the gondola station. The bed is comfy after I put a blanket as additional layer of bedsheet. Balcony with mountain view is great too. I extended my stay with the hotel for one more night, and they charge the same as platform.

There are no clothes, and washing liquid to clean the used cups is a little inconvenient. The housekeeper came in 9.30am for both days when I'm in the room so I have to reject her services (I'm surprised the housekeeping is done so early). No complimentary coffee or tea and water.

I really enjoyed my stay at Bellevue Residence apartments because as a matter of fact, not only my requests have been met but exceeded to the point that instead of an economy room I have been upgraded to a de facto Junior suite, combining a spacious bathroom with bathtub to a large room with sofa, comfy armchairs, tables, desk, fridge and balcony.The tranquillity at night made me sleep particularly well, thanks to the generous size of the bed and the perfect firmness of the mattress.Also, the quality of the sheets and pillows and the many downy towels helped increasing the level of comfort and coziness.The professional receptionist, her excellent English and her remarkable attentiveness in every possible situation, solving any contingent problem practically in no time has been really considerable.During daytime the size of the room allowed me to work, rest and eat like in a private apartment and the location, some 5mins from the Gondola, being very central allowed me to get everything from groceries to a good coffee or a nice meal in just a few minutes walk.I will be happily back to Bansko after this pleasant experience!.

The internet connection could have been be faster.Unfortunately the swimming pool and the spa were closed but a nearby free shuttle to the Pulse therme fixed this problem.If you use the bathtub, remember that the hot water comes from a boiler near the toilet, and is therefore limited.The tiny balcony has a large table but no chairs.

It was a really nice easy stay, staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfy. You can’t ask for a better location, so close to the gondola if you’re skiing. The restaurant attached to the hotel is also very good.

Very small minor things, which wouldn’t affect my decision to stay again. Although there is a kettle, mugs and glasses, there weren’t any spoons or tea and coffee provided. There were some cracked/chipped tiles and the shower handle was peeling in the bathroom, but still a very clean bathroom.

For us is 2nd time at this property. The apartment we’ve stayed at 3rd floor, with 3 rooms (2 bedrooms) didn’t had a kitchen (like others at this residence) but we enjoyed the big space & comfort. At reception the ladies spoke English and they’ve been helping to rent a bus . As we came for ski, I liked we could reach in only 10 min walking the main station for gondola. Also the location is at 5 min from a street with shops & restaurants & good pancakes 😊

Nothing to complain

Room was warm enough, has nice cozy sauna that we could enjoy after ski, we could ask room making as we wish, and staffs were suuuuuuper nice and speak English very well. They helped us to book spa in Banya and arrange taxi to bus terminal. Supermarket and local bakery are very near. There's security guard in the night so very safe

Room only basis stay at Bellevue, friendly staff, good facilities, such as free use steam room, sauna, room cleaned daily, room was standard but couldn’t fault it for a nights sleep after a busy day on the slopes. Tv with plenty of English channels, restaurant nice and tasty offering smoky hot meats. Location perfect; close enough but far enough away from noise of bars.

Didn’t eat breakfast but local restaurants were fab we eat at the house, Smokey mountain twice and Chevermeto in the old town all great. Hotel was the best in area for value for money very clean nice spa area and 400m from lift this is our second time of staying and we will be back again. Super friendly reception and restaurant staff
