Very good hotel, the room very big and clean. The spa was perfect for after ski relax The shuttle service to the gondola was really good and arrived right on time. The breakfast was good with a lot of options. The bartender at the lobby bar make great cocktails!!

We have black out at the night for 5 hours and foals fire alarm at 3 am for 30 minutes.

Great location. Spa facilities are fantastic. Barmen was incredible and cocktails were great. Comfortable enjoyable stay.

Only negative is that we had a 2 bedroom apartment for 5 men and only 1 shower. There was space for another shower or bath.

It was very clean. Since we were on our vacation with two little kids , it was important to us. Breakfast was good, you could choose everthing between eggs, pancake, salads, cheese... Water in swimming pool was around 30C where warm amd comfortable for little kids. Pillows and bed were great, much better than in other hotels. After all we would get back here.

Rooms were wery old fashioned and walls have none isolation. We had lucky since it wasnt't crowded in the beginning of March. But you colud hear almost everthing between rooms. Also in the rooms you have almost nothing for preparing food. If you are lucky you will get a plate and a fork...

Friendly staff, new couch, and bed in the rooms, but I need to mention that the couch was a bit tough even with the extra topper. Enough space in the rooms for all of our luggage. Transport to the cable car 🚡 was great. there is no need to carry your equipment for 15 min to get there.

In one of the rooms( 335), there was an impossible smell coming from the sewage pipes. Breakfast scrambled eggs weren't cooked enough sometimes. Noisy neighbours all around and kids running on the floor and stairs. There should be an extra jacuzzi as people were kinda holding spots for others, and the limit was 4 at a time (not saying to increase the limit it would be crowded). On the same idea, kids were playing in the jacuzzi, but here i blame the parents 😉

My stay at the hotel was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of service and attention to detail. The room was exceptionally large, clean, and well-maintained – housekeeping came daily to refresh the linens, provide clean towels, and make sure everything was perfect. The air conditioning worked like a charm, which made coming back to the room after a long day of skiing super relaxing. The food was surprisingly good, with a decent variety and quality meals every day. One of the standout features was the free shuttle to the ski resort – it was always on time and super convenient. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. My friends and I had an amazing time and truly enjoyed every moment. Even though I caught a little cold by the end, it was totally worth it. Can’t wait to come back next season!

Our stay at the hotel was very nice. The rooms were big and clean. The stuff were polite and mostly helpful. The breakfast was quite good and had a nice variety of food. The hotel has a good variety of facilities - the pool was nice and big, and the children's and games rooms are a good place to keep the children entertained for a good amount of time. Also, the bicycles are a very nice addition for people who like cycling.

Quite many times, we faced that the stuff at the desk didn't understand or tried to understand us when we contacted them at the desk. The breakfast didn't change by much or at all on a daily basis.

Really very good hotel, very very clean, everywhere - room, spa, pool, restaurant. Staff is very friendly and trying to help, except 1 accident when handyman came to our apparent and opened it without asking with his key... So I think we had to put the do not disturb badge everytime except we want them to clean. 3room apparent is very comfortable, 3 separate rooms with doors, 2 toilets. No cooking option there. Only microwave. Very very little fridgider(aka minibar) , but enough for several bottles and some small box. No window and balcony security grill. We were at August, we really like cold and we didn't need air-conditioner, it was cold enough in 2nd floor on mountain view. There is river there and very loud river noise (we liked it very much!). Breakfast - 3 type of egs, vegetables, sausages, bread, 4 types of cheese, coffee machine, apple and orange juice (didn't like it), 1 type of yogurt, cornflakes, but no any dish of boiled cereals. Evening - we did not like, no buffet and not from the menu, we eat outside at evening. Pool really good, water is 1.4m and 31-33 degree, kid's pool 0.7m. 3 types of saunas. Kids club is very big and has many toys! Relax massage was good. Massages are after lunch only(after 13:00 or 15:00). Around the hotel nothing interesting except very beautiful nature. 15-20 min walking to the center.

Evening meal not so good. Staff can come without asking and open the apparent with their key. Kid's club is opening around 9:45-10:00 only. No massage at morning, only after lunch. All this are really not significant and can be avoided once you know about it.

Everyone in the hotel was very friendly. Upon our arrival the room was perfectly clean. We stayed at a 2 bedroom suite - it was very spacious with a separate living room and kitchen which had everything you need. There’s a. small stream next to the hotel which you can hear from the room, it added an extra special touch to our nature getaway. The grounds of the hotel were very well maintained, with a big kids room and excellent Spa. The location of the hotel was perfect - surrounded by nature, with no traffic or walking people noises. All I could hear is the small stream next to the hotel and birds. The downtown was a 20 min walk which was just right for the ability to be away from the city noise. The gondola lift was a 10 min walk. We had breakfast in our package and for dinner we wanted to explore the local restaurants - which have a lot to offer. Breakfast was presented very well with high quality ingredients, everything was very tasty and they had espresso machines available for a good morning kickstart. Beds and pillows were comfy for a good night sleep. I’d def return to this hotel. Good job!

I’d suggest adding another hot tub - may be outside, because the one available is just not enough for the size of the hotel. Also may be posting a 15 min limit for the hot tub so everyone can enjoy it.

Very good breakfast. Many good options for fitness/relaxation. No age restriction for kids in spa, yet no annoyances were occurring. Our spacious room had a mountain view with a small creek next to it, making an excellent relaxation scenery. No unnecessary luxury yet everything was quite proper. Excellent, friendly personnel.

The only somewhat underperforming element was the bathtub. Apart from some minor defects, there was some certain abuse of it by the visitors. Perhaps some sign indicating a max 15' stay in the bathtub could be helpful to direct ones not to stay there forever. When raining, the dirt roads to the gondola get full of mud pots. Passing cars may cause some problems to the walkers.

The room is huge! It is basically a 1-bedroom apartment with a living room and a kitchenette. The design is not up to date, but it is well maintained. And super clean. The property is located 5 mins walk from city center and they also provide shuttle services to the gondola and back. Breakfast is OK. Everything was fresh, and anyone could find himself something he liked eating. The spa was also nice and we used it every day after skiing.

Actually nothing. It's not the most luxurious hotel in town, but it was a great value for the bucks, and exactly what we needed for a ski vacation.
