This is a really nice place to stay for a holiday in Bansko. The staff is very kind an accommodating. The room we had was spacious and comfortable with a lot of storage. The kitchenette was nice and we liked being able to cook our own meals. They had daily housekeeping which was very nice since we stayed for a week. They were even kind enough to run the sauna for us even though most of the spa was shut down because it was near the end of the winter season. It's close enough to walk easily to the gondola but also quiet and away from the noisy bars and restaurants. They offered a nice breakfast.

Some small bits of the room needed some repairs (for example the towel rack didn't stay on the wall). We had some problems with ants getting into the room. But overall any problems were very minor.

Our stay was excellent – from the location, to the facilities and the personnel, the hotel is an excellent choice for vacation with family or friends. It's really close to the ski zone in the city centre, only 10 min walk to the Gondola lift. The location is also conveniently positioned at the corner of a main street, close to the mountain side of the city that combines excellent views to the mountaintops, while offering a safe and easy walk to the lift. Everything is very clean and tastefully furnished. The personnel are kind and attentive and will take care of you throughout your stay. Plus the free and tasty breakfast, the spa / sauna and excellent choices for dinner every night in the hotel restaurant, make the hotel a top choice for skiers at an affordable price. Highly recommended, hope to be back for my next ski trip!

There was quite warm in the room. SPA was for free - need to ask to switch on it before 1.5 hours for reaching nice temperature. Administration was very welcome. Depsite on the small rooms it was cheap and comfortable enough

There was not enough ligths (quite dark) inside the room.

Lady at the reception was waiting for our late arrival. Location was good, 10 minutes walking distance to central streets with the night life. Very basic room, good enough to stay for a night

Breakfast. Literaly one slice of cucumber, one slice of pepper, one slice of white cheese, one slice of salami. I'm still curious about fate of the rest of cucumber Small malfunctions in bathroom and bedroom.

It is a beautiful fully FAMILY-OWNED hotel - Valentin was preparing us breakfast and dinner every day, his sister was super friendly and smily at repection and around, and their mum Irina was always greeting us and making sure we have all we needed (I asked for additonal blanket and some tape, as my shoes broke, she was super helpful and ready to assist all the time). Could not tell her bye when we were leaving, so I want to wish her and her beautiful family, lots of good luck, health and love! Hope we see you all again! (P.S. Sauna, steam bath, jacuzzi and spacious spacious rooms! recommend)

The only thing - if you are renting a place with a kitchen, you also need some pans and pots and plates to use, we asked at reception, but they didn´t provide any.

The owner, Tania was always very helpful with information and a lot of recommendations. She helped us with the transport for the Gondola, also with the renting of the skis providing us a discount for it. Her brother is in charge of the restaurant where we had amazing food and service for New Year’s Eve. He was also very kind and helpful with all our requests and wanted to make sure that everything was going well.

We loved our stay, the room was exactly as pictured and even better, the hosts were polite and really nice to chat with, they gave us some recommendations for places to visit while in Bansko. Would definitely book a room again, it is worth it!

We are very satisfied,the rooms are clear,comfortable,the hosts are wonderful and the food is delicious.The chef always surprised us with a speciality.We really felt like we were at home.If we come to Bansko again,we would definitely stay here again.

We liked everything! We booked a suite, but it was a small very comfortable cleverly organised apartment! Very comfortable bed, in a room, separated from the small living room. In the living room there was a small sofa and some nice furniture, all in very good stile. There is kitchenette, providing everything needed and everything very clean and pleasant! There was really Hot water till late! Very polite, friendly and helpful lady at the reception! Very clean everything!

The stuff is friendly and helped with everything that we need, the rooms were made daily, the spa is nice with a big jacuzzi and one sauna(from 3) ready to use. The shuttle bus to gondola is not only for the guests of this hotel and it is not guaranteed that you will leave early or at a specific hour. Breakfast is simple and good.
