Thank you for your professional 5-star service. It was a pleasure to come to your hotel, one of the best hotels I have ever been to. It has been a pleasure and if we can come again, we will. We loved the food - especially the chicken paste, we loved the spa, steam room, jacuzzi, and the rooms. When we left and then came back the room was spottles. We would also like to tell you that you are very lucky to have a waiter like this. He is thoughtful and extremely kind, he stood out. He is probably the kindest and calmest person I have ever met in my whole life. His name is George also known as Giorgi. He is the best waiter ever in the world. 6/5 stars

Great location. Very clean and spacious room. It was very warm. We used the fireplace for atmosphere. There was a bathtub. New year's dinner was superb! There was limited parking on the street as the hotel doesn't have parking, but there was a lawn nearby where we found free parking.

Except for the new year's dinner, I think the food could be improved. They are renovating the SPA so it wasn't working. The water in the jacuzzi (which was very big, sort of like a pool) was cool (not hot) and it wasn't all that nice.

1) My number was old and have șome broken things. I dont have the door in the shower cabin, the robinet was broken. 2) At the breakfest was included free drinks, but At the dinner aren't

They where friendly and helpful. Not to far from gondola station. Room cleaning service was good. The room was warm and it was -10 outside. Food was tipical traditional and very tasty and plenty.

The carpet was miserable. Furniture was old and bad. Wall paper was falling from the walls. Bad, cheap pillows. Lights not working properly.

All amenities were available, staff was very responsive and polite. Everyone was engaged, it is good value for money, but the best was concierge Ahmed - for us he was the strongest asset of this hotel - his engagement and proactive character is something else.

The rooms could be more modern

An excellent located hotel for a short walk to the gondola and bars.

Invest in some decent mattresses along with black our curtains and covers for the food buffet to keep both warm and cool and there’s no reason why this hotel can’t get a higher star rating .

Interior of room is old(but that didn’t have impact on my trip)

Room was very quite spacious and bathroom was very good. We had two terraces even. Breakfast was perfect! Everyday there was some variety of breakfast items. Gondola was few minutes away, so you will be near the ski area. Hot bath and sauna are a plus as well.

Furniture could be better and more maintained, and there was a stale smell in the room. Be aware that they do not have their parking but it seems that it is not a problem to park on the street (although some streets have "no parking" signs). You might need to drive a bit around but it is not a big deal.

Good breakfast every day with vegetables, fruits, eggs and everything you might need. It's very close to gondola. Rooms & the interior of hotel is very hot, we shut down the radiator in our room in order to get a comfy temperature. We also liked the dry sauna & ski storage room. Guy at the reception is very kind & helpful.

Spa area is missing some features like steam sauna is disabled. Mini pool with air bubbles is not working properly & is very dirty, I'd not recommend anyone to use it.

The room was very clean and warm. Wonderful location very near to the gondola and the center. Overall, we're happy with our stay and would visit again.

The water in the jacuzzi in the spa area wasn't very clean. The wifi was poor. Additional price for breakfast on booking was 5lv per person per day, but the price on reception was 16lv per person per day.
