The location was excellent and very peaceful. The hotel offered plenty of amenities that we enjoyed, and there was ample parking nearby. The breakfast was also outstanding.

The dinner was not as good as the breakfast and did not include any beverages, not even water. Additionally, the coffee capsules in the room were apparently for sale rather than complimentary, which is unusual for most hotels.

The atmosphere is pleasant and calm, and the staff is extremely attentive, friendly, and handles all our needs excellently. The pools are warm, clean, and well-maintained, which made our time there even more enjoyable. Additionally, there are plenty of parking spaces, which is a great convenience for guests with cars. Although the location is a bit far from the village center, this wasn’t an issue for us, as the complex offers everything needed for a complete and relaxing stay. We had a wonderful time with my daughter, and we definitely plan to return here again soon.

I find it incomprehensible how a hotel like this can charge a service fee in the main restaurant. If this fee were included in the price and the customer paid the final price, it wouldn't leave such a negative impression. I haven’t seen this type of fee since the 1990s. As for the food in the restaurant, I expected more. I can’t say I was impressed. Breakfast is OK, but dinner definitely lacks variety. It’s the first time I’ve seen a hotel that focuses more on fried food rather than baked, as well as on stews for dinner. Lunch is paid separately, but there were no issues with it. We enjoyed what we had for lunch.

Beautiful mineral water and amazing facilities. From the sauna to salt and ice rooms. The Hamman is fantastic. Everything was really nice and super relaxing.

Dinner and breakfast were great on food choices. Comfortable bed, and if you want a massage it's better if you book it in advance.

Breakfast is done at 10.30 which means they start taking the food away at 10.20, also you will need to buy ALL drinks for dinner we couldn't even find water, not a good impression. The capsule coffee in the room is also need to be paid for another bad impression. In hotel like this coffee should be complimenatry

Stuff reacts fast once guest complained

Smoking is allowed inside the hotel (so called terrace ) and around outside pool which is not acceptable. Hotel must do better to make it smoke free.

Despite the fact that the hotel was quite full, there was no feeling of crowding. Not at the pool, saunas, or in the restaurant. The food was tasty, everything was excellent, quite a lot of products were home-grown organic. The rooms were spacious, clean. The hotel as a whole is very beautiful and tastefully furnished, large, well-maintained wellness area.

The price of the night is quite high and one would expect that coffee and tea in the room are included in the price. They charge a coffee capsule, which is included even in lower-end hotels. It's not a big amount, but still.... Also, the prices of drinks at dinner are quite high. The sun loungers by the pool are very close together, perhaps this is a result of part of the terrace being closed due to renovation.

-great outdoor pool with beautiful mountain view. Massive reason why we are choosing this hotel over and over again. -food was pretty ok -spa is very good -receptionists were polite and also the ladies working in lunch buffet are doing a great job. Same for the people around the pool and spa area.

-service in the restaurant was not good. Waiters seemed not to notice us at all. We had to cry for attention. First day we couldn't order even water even though we were one of the first who went for dinner. They seemed to pay more attention to the tables near the windows. I would appreciate if next time waiters come to ask if we need to order something in stead the other way around. -I didn't like the fact that 7 percents tip for service was mandatory for whatever you order during the dinner buffet. With the mentioned level of service I don't find this ok. I would personally prefer to pay elevated price of drinks in stead to be forced to pay for a service. I'm not quite sure if this is even legal in Bulgaria...

I recently stayed at the hotel and it was an absolutely delightful experience! We were greeted with warm smiles and very professional service. The spa facilities are top-notch, offering rejuvenating atmosphere. The treatments are relaxing and enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. And the restaurant offers a variety of organic and very tasty dishes. We would love to come back!

The rooms might have been comfortable but need some renovation and slightly modern touch. Parking is a bit of a pain, and could be improved. And the area around the swimming pool is VERY slippery, so walking around especially with kids, wasn't really nice.

The food was really good and delicious. The villa we rented was pretty big and clean. The water in the swimming pool is warm, and even in the cold (like early morning) was okay to swim. One of the things we liked most - no music anywhere, so we were really able to rest good and enjoy nature. The place is really beautiful, also at night, with very nice lighting on the paths too.

The water in the swimming pools are with added chloride, which is probably expected, but I was hoping I will be able to open my eyes underwater, which was a little bit unpleasant.

Everything was great, the hotel, SPA, close to Bansko city and the ski center, the mini van that take you to skiing, the room, especialy the food, brekfast and diner was the best I have tried so far in Bulgaria.

Little too noisy and crowded. The termal pool was full with small kids and babies and because there are many family with kids, the hotel should have kids pool. Also should have normal pool with standard temperature and water for swimming because this termal pool is not for long stay in it.
