The pool is warm, so you or the kids can enjoy it. 2 saunas, one dry and one steam Very warm in the hotel, everywhere! You are in walking distance of the food street, where all the restaurants are. You have a mini bar in the room (extra costs), tge launge has a big fireplace that is all day with fire, very comfortable couches, a bar, you can order food and enjoy it at the pool

Maybe a little more english for the staff, at least tye lady at the reception

In general all was fine , the breakfast was very good , had many things to choose from , the spa was very good , the water from pool could be more warm , but was clean and all places good working

The room was very small , the third bed was not good , nobody could sleep there , was a transformed armchair . At breakfast they did not renew the food , so if something finished had to wait many time ti bring another .

The staff is very polite and friendly. The common area facilities are very nice, the garden is delightful and the swimming pool is big enough if a person wants to actually swim. The location is perfect, right across the park where the morning concerts are held during the jazz festival, and two minutes walking distance from the city centre. Rich breakfast.

There was no balcony or ac in the room so during summer afternoons it was quite hot.

15 meters long pool, great for swimming. The sauna was nice. The backyard was great for relaxing. The gym was well equipped.

The breakfast was mediocre, but I guess, okay for the price? The smell inside the room was not the best.

The breakfast can be improved, not a lot of choice. If you are early there, you might have more choice, but around 9h most of the food was gone.

They checked me in from a quick reservation and after checkout let me store a bag. Nice staff, worked fine. And room had gorgous view over back of green garden/courtyard and lofty mtns beyond. Breakfast deck also shared this view. Nice breakfast and location is close to old town.

The room did not have an air conditioning and it was way too hot. I did not expect that in a 4 star hotel.
