Daniel and his staff were absolutely amazing! They were so welcoming from the second we stepped in untill the moment we was at the airport! They was very helpful and kind to us! We would 100 percent come back and stay at hotel Ida again and definitely recommend to a friend! Thank you!

The staff was very nice, the nicest i ever met, the breakfast was simple, not many choices for vegetarians/vegans but very tasty, the room was clean and had everything we needed, the sauna and the pool were a great addon too, for relaxing after a full day of skiing.

Not about the property, but we came in a very crowded period (middle to the end of february) and i recommend not to go for the gondola because you will wait 2-3 hours until you get into it, and another hout until you get to the top of the mountain, take you personal car or a shuttle bus and you will be good

Great facilities , friendly owner and great value for money. The hotel owner arranged a taxi for us that was waiting at the airport at half 11 to get us to the hotel at just before 2am. He gave us info to be able to arrive at that time safely and to our room , and continued to be friendly thought. The included breakfast was great and we ate at the very well priced and tasty Mexican style restaurant 2 nights. the gondola and other bars and restaurant are all a 5 min or so walk. The pool was a great way to relax muscles too.. Would defo go again

The property is very clean and with very convenient location. Sauna is really great, especially after skiing. Bar in the evening serves great drinks and has cozy atmosphere. Danny the host was very responsive, friendly and accommodating, he takes good care of guests. He helped me with parking, started sauna and dealt with 2 of my requests.

The only minor thing is that rooms are not entirely soundproof so you might be able to hear when other skiers move out in the morning. Breakfast was ok-ish.

Room was very cozy and well heated. Bathroom was very clean and modern. We opted for breakfast only and it was pretty decent. You can get dinner as well. The bar in the lobby is very budget friendly and pretty good. There is parking available in the nearby streets, we didn't have too much problems parking and we had two cars. There is a designated ski equipment room that we used frequently to store our gear.

Beds were comfortable. Radiator in room so could adjust temperature. Location was perfect, so close to the gondola but far enough away so quiet at night time. Danny was very helpful with arranging ski equipment, a massage and an airport transfer back to the airport. Sauna was great at the end of the day.

There was a funny smell in my room, but my friends room next door was fine. Jacuzzi was within the pool so not very warm.

The property was in a great location close to all the action, shops, bars & restaurants. Danny the owner was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is lovely and clean and met the needs of our stay. They offer leisure facilities such as swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi at no extra cost. Would definitely be staying there again and would recommend.

There was a dog that barked quite early outside our room.

A great hotel for those on a budget. A clean room, OK bathroom, a good sized pool with very nice lighting. The breakfast was OK - but for this price I'd say it was great! And definitely try the Mexican restaurant - the food is mouthwatering! And the cocktails are super fun, different and tasty. Keep in mind that the sauna is paid additionally and you have to tell them in advance to heat it up for you. It gets ready in about 20-30 minutes so it's not a long wait, just something to know in advance.

Best price/quality accommodation in Bansko so far. The location is close to gondola (10 min walk) but we used the car to reach the slopes. You can reach the center in a few minutes walk also. The breakfast was good and served early so we won't be late on the slopes. The rooms were decent and spacious enough. The sauna after skiing days helped a lot for recovery. We had 3 rooms booked here. The owner helped us changing one room (thanks again Danny!).

The breakfast could have been various. The pool is pretty small, we didn't use it.

We really liked the amenities, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Danny who went far and beyond to cover our needs. The bar was also really nice and the cocktails delicious as well as the mexican food from the restaurant.
