If you are looking for a boutique hotel then this is the right hotel Located in a quiet place without noisy restaurants or bars The rooms are quiet and very comfortable The sauna is clean and pleasant Heated and clean indoor pool No noise from families The breakfast is very good The dinner is also very satisfying The staff is charming and pleasant and meets all requirements Even requests for special dishes I have attached pictures The parking is very safe I left my ski equipment in the car without fear You can buy a ski pass on the spot for the same price, which saves you valuable time queuing at the ski resort. There is a possibility to rent equipment at a place that seems to be of very good quality.

Anyone who doesn't like quiet could have a problem.

This is the 4th year we have spent our ski vacation at Orbilux (family and several friends) and every time we have felt very good! Spacious and clean rooms, equipped kitchenette. A very pleasant surprise was the room upgrade. Very tasty food, like at mom's house, every evening something different. The kindness of the ladies and gentlemen at the reception, in the restaurant and the gentleman at the shuttle bus! The pool is ok, a welcome relaxation after each day of skiing. Thank you for another very successful holiday! See you next year!

The hotel offers the best value for money in all of Bansko! It’s not luxurious, but it ticks all the right boxes: a great location, clean rooms equipped with a fridge and a small kitchen with all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals, super friendly staff, and excellent Wi-Fi. :) A special thanks to Lucy at the reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Whether we had a question or needed assistance, she was always there for us. Even when we didn’t need anything in particular, she would suggest a visit to a local bakery or recommend a spot in nature to make our day memorable!

Not all the facilities were open during the summer season: sauna and restaurant. However, the pool is open and is quite good.

Our bedroom was so cold even if the heating system was turned on, so we had to sleep on the couch in the living room. 2 adults and 1 baby was too much for that small couch and because of the leather it kept making annoying squicky sounds during sleep. Our check ouț procedure was hard and the staff told us to wait until they figure ouț some issue related to the payment. We were in a hurry, but still had to wait at the reception next to our baby and our luggage aprox 45 min

We stayed to this hotel for 3 nights. We had free access to spa area ,free shuttle bus to the gondola lift and dinner and breakfast was in the price. Breakfast was same all days but with enough options to choose and it was very tasty. Dinner was different every night and also was very tasty..

In our 3 nights the stuff did not change our sheets or towels. The steam bath was not working properly. The sauna room was too small and with 4-5 people in it was too crowded.. The bathrobe for the spa area was on extra charge. The water of the internal pool at evening hours, was bit foggy and smelly, also it was not warm. The beds was too hard.

I like that the property had all facilities that you need. At the reception they speak very good english, the food was very good, we could buy ski pass from the hotel, we had shuttle to the gondola and back to hotel, spa, swimming pool, design room where you can let your equipment after you finish skiing, parking lot. Everything was very good !

I didn’t like that the barman wasn’t present to order some drink, and coffee at the evening.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was big (we took the double) and clean. Breakfast was fine. Great view from our balcony and window. Nice sauna.

The little things: shower hose was leaking, the kettle lid was broken, no kitchen knife and dishwashing liquid in the kitchen. The gym looked like something from the old Soviet times and majorly under-maintained.

We enjoy the breakfast, it was delicious. In the dinner it was good too but for muslims it is not allowed to eat pork meat, so mostly meat was from pork there. So I recommended to serve different meat in the dinner. The city it wasn't far, so we don't have to take taxi to visit city. Hotel was clear and it was so good that a van transport us to ski resort, and he came back to take us. The hospitality was great from staff of hotel. And the staff did a good service for us, they allowed to have late check out just for 10 euros.

The staff, comfortable and well equiped rooms (even the double room has a kitchinette with oven, stove and microwave), good breakfast and dinner. Skipasses can be purchased from the reception. Shuttle bus to the ski lift

We had a great stay! The staff were very nice and friendly, the apartment was clean, warm and cosy. The food was amazing, especially the dinner. There was a playroom for the kids, and also the whole hotel was children friendly, there was a cot in the room and children's chairs in the restaurant. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would surely come back! 🙂

I have no complaints at all.
