Everything was great Very friendly staff. Very clean. All in all great place to stay.

The water in pool was litle bit cold and the gym was with old gym equipment

The breakfast was very nice. I had dinner there a couple of times and it was very good quality. The bar and cocktail area was very nice and relaxing. It had a nice outdoor seating lounge. The staff was very receptive to any and every request. They even went out of there way to find different modes of transportation back to Sofia to the airport. The spa was small but it was very well maintained. It is walking distance to old town Bansko, the park, the train/bus station.

The rooms could have used a chair for at the desk. The gym was small and equipment very old and mostly unusable, but this was not a very important amenity.

The girls from the reception were very kind and they gave us a room with a balcony as a compliment from the hotel. The pool is small but deep enough. The Spa is clean.

Dinner - Not a 4 star dinner for sure. Simple dishes, small variety. Breakfast - The coffee was very bad. It tasted bad, so I had to buy coffee from the bar, which was good. The juice was not really a juice, but water with orange colour - very bad. Also- small variety of bread. Overall - The food there is not their strong side

Very spacious room with super king size comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious too with toiletries and towels. It had a bathtub with glass so you didn't spill water. wifi was very good. The reception is 24/7 and has a viber number were you can call them and ask for info. They do speak english. Swimming pool although not very big was very nice it was heated, had a depth of about 1,60m it also had a small kids pool and was open from 9amto 8pm and free to use. Breakfast time was i think from 7:30 to 10 am and dinner from 7pm to 9pm. They offer a room package with breakfast and dinner included which is very value for money. Breakfast had many options and dinner had different types of meat rice, pasta, potatoes salads and was not the same every night. They offered free shuttle minivan to the gondola lift with a specific timetable and you can cary your ski board equipment in the van and they also store your equipment for free in a locked room outside the hotel. The area is safe and quiet but 2km from gondola however the shuttle covered me and I didn't have to walk or take taxi to the gondola.

NOTHING. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED.

The food was very good, the staff has prepared a variety of Easter themed dishes and desserts. Although the block tables were not as big as in other hotels, there was choice for all tastes and diets. I am vegan and there was always something suitable for me for dinner. Not so for the breakfast, but I was prepared, so bring my own little somethings (plus the available tomatoes, cucumbers and olives), while for the rest of the family there was a good choice. The staff was very nice and helpful, the location was perfect, across the street from the town park and a 5 min from the historic town center, shops and eateries. The pool and the tennis table. The cozy fire in the lobby.

The hotel needs a facelift, but we were aware and this was not a spoiler. The price of 5 lv per hour for worn out table tennis rackets. The fitness.

Good value for money. Very good location - 5min walking distance from the center. Very clean. OK spa facilities. OK breakfast. Overall, you get consistent level of OK quality for your money and nothing surprises you.

It is a bit old, yet in the sence that it's just not modern. The food is OK, but nothing really special. Part of the food for breakfast was almost cold, although not really bad. The sauna cold have been a bit hotter. The ice-cold pool was empty, so you're left with the normal pool only.

Good location, clean rooms, decent breakfast. Good value for money, considering a discount

The breakfast is served starting from 7:30 (at least this is what we were told on the reception), which is too late for those who want to be on a slope before huge lines to gondola start. Actually , when we were in a lobby at 7, we saw people inside, which meant we missed a prepaid breakfast. We were allowed to take away, though. The additional bed is not comfortable for an adult.

I liked the comfortable room with great bed, armchair, fridge, balcony and air-conditioning in addition to the heat radiator. Clean: room and modern bathroom, the bathrobe was a nice touch. Welcoming and clean spa facilities- small pool, spacious sauna, mellow atmosphere. The breakfast was ok but nothing fancy. Pet-friendly hotel! Also has a nice sun lounge room off the main lounge on the ground floor. Perfect location in the center right across the quiet town park.

Needs more varied breakfast choices.
