I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received. The staff was incredibly kind and always ready to help, making my experience truly enjoyable. A special thank you to Ms. Velicha, who went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests and needs with professionalism and a warm smile. Her dedication and attentiveness made my stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and genuine hospitality.

The location of the hotel is really good, as it is a walking distance from the town centre. When it comes to parking, the hotel offers the option to park in their back garden, or across the street at the paid zone, both of which are 15bgn per day. If you don't feel like paying, there are free parking spaces in about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful. Our room (4 guests) had two double beds and a sofa. The furniture was really comfortable. The rooms and the hotel as a whole are really warm, so you don't have to worry about feeling cold exiting the pool, or any of the spa activities they offer. We also had a TV in our room, which was working perfectly. There was a small balcony as well. The staff had provided enough towels and bath robes for everyone. The food in the restaurant was amazing. We were especially impressed with the options they had for dinner, as everything was cooked wonderfully. We only had the time to check out the pool, but we were really happy with it, too. The room was warm and comfortable, but keep in mind that the water is warm too, but not hot tub warm. If you don't swim around you will definitely get cold. If you do move however it is really comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and polite and they made us feel really welcomed. Overall, I would absolutely recommend staying at Evelina Palace!

There are only two really small things to share. 1. Our room was clean and everything was nice, however the bathroom looked like it could have used a deeper clean. By all means it wasn't dirty, but there were a few spots left here and there. 2. Although amazing, the restaurant didn't have perfect ventilation, so when you are there there is a slight chance of your clothes ending up smelling like cooked food. On the upside the hotel does offer laundry services!

The lady at the reception and the lady in the restaurant were so so nice and accomodated all our requests. I forgot my book at home and the lady at the reception (sorry, I forgot her name) even brought her own books to give me to choose from. Because everyone was skiing, I was very lucky to use the swimming pool for myself. Breakfast was tasty and had homemade banitsa and french toast if you went early enough in the morning. They also had a small fireplace which they lit in the evening as we went in february and was cold, so you can sit next to the fireplace and read a book or just chat with a glass of wine.

Well placed and easy to find. Situated in down town is a pleasure to walk around. There is Spa zona inside with a big swimming pool. Also bakeries around. I enjoyed homemade from “the French guy bakery”, really tasty baguettes and croissants from sourdough ..

Charged parking (Blue zone), but 6-7 minutes walking distance is a free parking slot. Anyway, hotel offers free shuttle to ski zona.

The room had one window that was not properly closing, on the first night it was cold, the temperature was ok on the rest of the days. The wifi was not working in the rooms. The food was ok and it was good to have daily transport to the slope. The price was higher than what was offered.

It was lovely and cosy and warm. It had lovely views from the balcony of the garden and distant snow capped mountains.The restaurant was nice and good value and the breakfast good. It was also not too far from the Central Bus station .Staff were very good.

I have limited mobility and the two sets of two stairs were a bit tricky but I managed them. But it was an overnight stay. We would go again as there was a lift for some of the internal interior,just not all.

Breakfast was great

I found a bottle of Jägermeister above the wardrobe. It was louder than I expected, I couldn’t fall asleep because I was hearing the TV from the other room.

The staff above all - I had some issues with the car and they went above and beyond to help me: told me where the locksmith was and even drove me there, took genuine interest and wanted to help. There were other little things too, but certainly they're attentive and kind. I also liked the location and the bed was comfortable.

Employees are very polite and friendly. Location is near a center, ski bus went on half hours. Lobby bar was very nice and it was very nice atmosphere by the fireplace. Room was very clean.

The internet was poor in the room.
