Staff helful, breakfast was ok-did the job. Location wasnt the best

The hotel is very comfortable and clean, with cosy rooms, friendly staff, and good facilities. The location, close to city centre, was ideal. There was a nice lobby bar area with a log fire - a lovely place to relax.

Breakfast could be better. Hot drinks provision was poor, with only one machine. This dispensed water that was not hot enough to make tea. Some banitza would have been nice too.

Hotel is located right next to the old part of the city. Nearby you will find a bunch of old traditional restaurants, so called "mehana" with local cuisine. There is also a cheap bakery right on the corner. A minibus drives you to the gondola, and takes you back to the hotel every half an hour in the morning and in the afternoon. Wellness area is for free of charge, there you will also get slippers. Breakfast is ok (coffee was great). The staff are smiling and friendly and will try to meet your needs as much as possible. There is specious ski storage and special thanks to the craftsman who repaired the ski for my kid.

We expected a bit cheaper prices in the hotel restaurant. The curtains should be replaced as well as the carpet. There is no refrigerator in the room. I expected tomato and cucumber at breakfast in a Bulgarian hotel, instead it was one or the other every morning. Since the hotel is in the old town and the old houses are heated mostly with wood, you can feel a bit of dust in the air around.

The breakfast was starting late. It should start at least at 7am because people usually go skiing very early. We had breakfast only once, during our four night stay. Also, in the tub we did not have shampoo and had to go to reception to get it.

Our stay at Mura Hotel in Bansko was amazing! The Jacuzzi and Ski in and out room added an extra layer of luxury to our experience. The value for money exceeded our expectations, making it a perfect choice for a ski group from Kosova 🇽🇰. The staff's hospitality and the overall ambiance made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommend for an unforgettable ski time⛷️🚠.

Great place to stay in Bansko, walking distance to bars resturants and more. The rooms were spacious,comfortable and very clean. Spa downstairs with sauna and pool. Breakfast had a good selection to start the day before the slopes. Shuttle bus service to and from the gondola. To top it off the staff were great. Will stay again.

Descent breakfast choices. Coffee (out of a machine) was not good. Suggestion: improve the quality of coffee (e.g. a good cup of simple filtered coffee is far more appreciated than 10 different choices of sub-standard coffee). Plus, it is something that guests can easily judge you favorably over other hotels.

Good food, everything clean and warm, jacusie and spa all free of charge and good, the ski bus comes on time. Overall worth the price

The last day a spring came our of the mattress and hurty leg, but overall good

breakfast was good for the value of money

we had a hard time communicating with the staff due to the language. Their english wasn't very good

Great location close enough to walk to the ski lift and the main square. Sauna and steam room were great. Easy to check in and good bar service.

Breakfast could have been hotter.
