The breakfast was ok. Clean air from the mountains.

Property needs a lot of maintenance, fixing walls, painting and etc. Some of the doors need to be replaced, specially the one on the bathroom, and maybe the apartment main entrance door, which had issues with locking. The lift worked few times, most of the times didn’t work. I think there was no major maintenance since my last visit in Nov.2017. The pool smells a bit strange. No air conditions that might be a good addition for the summer.

Good food, good tea, nice lounge, the view, spacious room, sauna, friendly staff.

I could hear my neighbors very clearly :). Luckily I was too tired after a day on the slopes. The heating in the room was not warm enough, although the room was warm somehow. Maybe related. Had to ask for card fix several times. Had to ask for missing paper and soap. In one of the shuttles it was a bit crowded and some guy sat in the back, stepping all over stacked equipment. Nevertheless, all in all, just minor inconveniences. Recommended.

We stayed at this hotel over Christmas. We arrived on December 25th and were pleasantly surprised to learn that a festive dinner with traditional music was included in the price. This added to the joyful holiday atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and very warm. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff was exceptionally polite. We also dined at the restaurant, and the food was both tasty and fairly priced. The lounge area had plenty of tables where we could play cards and board games. The only downside was a particular staff member at the lounge bar who, for no clear reason, occasionally required a table reservation. However, we don’t want this to reflect negatively on the rest of the staff, who were working hard during the holiday season, away from their families. The spa, massage areas, and sauna were spotless, and the towels were fresh and clean. If we visit Bansko again, this hotel will definitely be high on our list of preferences, provided there is availability.

The bar staff (a lady and a man) is a little bit sarcastic. Is my first time when an employee is addressing to me with the appellation "my friend 9 leva". 🤨 And for the lady when I've asked her with no ice, she changed her face and she gave my drink in a ridiculous and offensive way like "ya"! 🤔

Room: Spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, with ample storage, a balcony, and great views. Daily impeccable cleaning included fresh towels and even folded pajamas. Breakfast and Dinner (we had half-board): Very good and diverse food options Facilities: On-site minimarket, play areas for kids (including a pool table, ping pong, and arcade games and a separate room for little kids to play), and a cozy bar area in the lobby near the reception (as pictured). Spa: Nice spa area with three saunas (aroma, Finnish, wet), a good-temperature pool, and massage services available (extra cost). Ski/Snowboard rental shop also available at the hotel. All the staff we interacted with was very nice and knew english at a good level. Very good position of the hotel. You can quickly reach the paid parking lot (at the end of the gondola). Gondola is near as well and the offer regular shuttle to and from. Overall, a great choice for a stay in Bansko with minor areas for improvement!

Noise: noises from other rooms and gaps above doors were noticeable. Pillows: Uncomfortable, could be improved. Spa Noise: Close proximity of spa areas means pool sounds can disturb sauna users.

Good breakfast, comfortable beds, excellent mountain view if you are in the right room, good restaurant with reasonable prices for Bansko, Finnish sauna was nice.

Unfortunately there was just one tennis table and due to an upcoming conference, it couldn’t be used. The indoor swimming pool was nasty, and except for the Finnish sauna, all others SPA amenities were kind of deteriorated.

The apartment was really beautiful and well equipped. It even had a washing machine which was very handy.

The apartment didn’t have AC and the apartment was really hot, but when I requested a fan, they delivered one. I was looking for a child friendly hotel, and they only had a room with toys, but no other things suitable for toddlers. The rope park was for bigger kids, the scouts activities were in the local language (which I can understand) and there was nothing else besides that. The food in the restaurant was of very uneven quality. First day, great dinner buffet, second day, good, third day, not really good (unsalted rice, pork with a lumpy sauce, etc). We paid a lot extra to include dinner since the hotel is kinda far away from town, and like this I thought it was not so worth to include it.

The food was absolutely delicious-we tried almost everything from the menu and it was just great. The breakfast was also everything you could wish for. The spa and the inner pool were very good as well. There is an adventure park for children that my son really enjoyed.

The room was not as luxurious as you would expect from the price. The smell from the bathroom was awful. And the elevator was scary to ride in. The outside pool was very small and ice cold.

The design of the hotel is beautiful and rooms are spacious. The lobby is really nice and the spa is a great place for relaxation. The restaurant offers a great variety of delicious food.

The rooms are not sound isolated (you can hear a baby crying as well as a father snoring or a dog barking). There is a space between the wall and the door from which you can see inside the room. Also, the temperature in the room was way too high and the thermostat was not working.

The room was lovely! Most of the staff were kind and helpful. Lovely food! But most of all, we loved that the complex is surrounded by nature and far away from the noisy town. Yet on a walking distance to it. Perfect for holiday with kids.

There wasn't a proper road to the complex. Everything else was great!
