Spacious room , nice breakfast, spa facillities, available bathrobes and slippers in the room. The shuttle bus that drives you to the gondolas is very convenient.

Please bear in mind that the room's kitchen has no appliances at all. So if you are a family with small kids and you wish to boil an egg or warm some milk, please consider that there isnt any cookpot to do so.There is nothing you can do with the kitchen provided but to boil some water with the kettle. Also the sofa bed is not convinient at all. The mattress is very thin and the sofa is too noisy. I think the sofa bed is only suitable for kids under 12years old. There is no children's pool. The pool's depth starts at 127cm. Families with younger children take floaties with you.

Roomy apartments, good heaters, good food (though not too varied), location. Rather good gym, sauna and large and good ventilated pool.

1. Underground parking is available, but the area kooks like a material warehouse... plus seems to have remained as work in progress... no finishings whatsoever. 2. The bed linen were clean but seem old 3. Billiard and football tables were not really funtioning, but the staff was helping kinds ro restart them when coins were stolen by the machine :-) 3. No smart TV but good quality of cable transmission ... some channels were at least in EN 3. Despite electric stove and cooker, not at least a pan or skillet. Otherwise, table forks and spoons, plus one knife, were there

the receptionist didn't know anything about public transport or hiking paths; I prefer a dining table to a bar with barstools; the breakfast was OK, but due to the limited number of guests there was no buffet breakfast; quite absurd that you have to pay extra for kitchenware as pots and pans (50 lev); quite far from a small supermarket that was open (a lot of shops were closed); loud barking dogs at night (but the hotel is of course not responsible for this).

Very nice hotel with close access to the ski resort. You can take one of the 5 shuttles to gondola in the morning and the other 5 back to hotel in the afternoon. Or, by car, if you are an early bird, you can have quick access to parking places close to gondola terminal on top. You can walk in the evening for 10 min to the restaurants area. The hotel has a nice and big pool with jacuzzi and 2 saunas, a bar with some pool tables, and fitness room. It has a a very good restaurant, with diverse breakfast. Also you can take the the dinner either with menu order or with buffet and you have the same diversity. Unfortunately my wife twisted her knee, but the whole hotel staff helped her in a way or another. From a walking support pole to help her to get breakfast when she came to restaurant after we left to slopes.

Nothing, everything was very nice.

The rooms are nice and spacious, usually with a balcony which is a great plus. There is also a small kitchen area and big fridge which is always useful. The swimming pool area is nice, the pool is relatively big and can accommodate decent amount of people and let them swim. The hotel is on the outside of the Bansko town, so be prepared to walk a little bit up to get there or take a car, for us it was perfectly fine. On the other hand, it is directly at the entrance to the mountains, super useful for hiking.

Initially the hotel didn't organise properly for our 2 single bed request, only after negotiations and some waiting time we got this. Early check in was not possible even though the hotel didn't seem fully booked. But overall these were minor.

Very nice and a great view

The hotel was good, we had a studio apartment and it was well set up with fridge / oven and hob, certainly one of the best hotels in terms of facilities. There appeared to have a good bar although we never used it. The buffet breakfast was good with a choice of hot and cold varieties plenty on offer, along with dinner which you could opt for a buffet dinner or from the menu at a reasonable price. Room service was easy and brought to room in good timing. The layout was decent and plenty of space The language barrier did not stop some of the staff trying, the housekeeper was lovely trying to make conversation. The pool area was very good and actually possibly one of the first pool pictures which actually looked like the advertisement on the website for Bansko! Shuttle bus was regular and easy, we have own skies but there was a hire place at hotel.

The location is actually quite some walk away from town, so if you enjoy going out in the evening it does feel away from everything. Walking into town was fine but back up the hill felt like walking for quite some time (good pace 20 mins) and the section off the main road was quite dark and not that this is anything to do with the hotel, the potholes were deep on the road and not easy to spot until in them! The noise from next door neighbours could be heard easily and upstairs also felt as every step you could hear them.

However, one of the true highlights of our stay was the amazing service we received from Bobby, the bartender at the hotel’s bar. He went above and beyond to make our evenings memorable, mixing up the perfect cocktails and offering great recommendations. Bobby’s friendly, engaging personality added such a personal touch to our experience, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind after a busy day. I would highly recommend Saint George Palace Aparthotel to anyone visiting Bansko, and I can’t wait to return on my next trip!

One area that could use improvement is the hotel pool. While the pool area itself is beautiful and well-maintained, the water was a bit cooler than I would have liked, making it difficult to fully enjoy the swim. It would be great if the pool temperature could be adjusted to make it more comfortable, especially for those who want to relax and unwind in the water. Overall, I had a fantastic time and would definitely return, but I’d love to see the pool issue addressed for an even better experience.

-It is not completely a Hotel, it is apartments complexes that’s why keep your expectations of service low.(that’s why I can’t complain about service) -Apartments are new, clean and modern. -The swimming pool, lobby and other common spaces are nices. -The parking is free and good enough. -Despite of it is same every day, the breakfast was good. -Stuff was kind for Bulgaria.

-The only minus for me was dinner. It could be in bigger booth area more options of food. If I knew I would rather buy room and breakfast.

St George Palace was such a welcome stay after a long day on the slopes. Rooms are huge, and come equipped with most of the essentials. Also, the hotel has a pool, sauna, and everything you need to relax. Also, renting skis and equipment here is an absolute breeze. Nicky at the ski shop is so passionate and knowledgeable, and we even managed to change our bindings and sharpen ski edges as the week went on. It is abit of a walk from the slopes but still manageable at 15 minutes or so. Very happy we chose this hotel!
