Exceptional breakfast - there were so many things to choose from. Everything was delicious, there was food even at the end of the breakfast. Great spa facilities. We had a big studio at our disposal, it was clean and cozy. The hotel is close to the center and offers free street parking. Highly recommend!

The restaurant is rather small and if the hotel is full, you might have to sit at someone's table for breakfast. Not a big deal. Our studio was too hot and overall it was too hot in the hotel itself. There was not enough space around the pool. The food apart from the breakfast, was a tiny bit overpriced for the quality presented.

Everything was fantastic! The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The spa area was equally impressive—spotless and incredibly relaxing. The breakfast was delightful, offering a great variety and excellent quality.

The only downsides were the lack of a juice machine at breakfast, and if you wanted something like fresh orange juice, it wasn't included—you had to pay extra. Additionally, there wasn't a dedicated parking area for hotel guests. You had to park around the hotel and display a provided paper in your car to avoid being towed.

Amazing hotel, everything is well organized and the room was very big and comfortable, the hotel is very clean and we enjoyed to relax in the pool/jacuzzi after a long day of skiing. The stuff was very kind and helped us with every request. We had a great room with mountains view, large storage space, organized kitchen and very comfortable king size bed.

The only thing that was hard for us as first time skiers was the walk to the ski rent place and gondola,but, the hotel supplies a shuttle to the gondola and back to the hotel almost every hour. (We didn’t knew it in our first days..)

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Meleteia and Dani, who went above and beyond to make our experience great. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options. The hotel's location is also very convenient—just a 10-minute walk from the gondola. I highly recommend this place!

The property felt like what you would expect from a typical modern chalet style hotel, that offers skiers a comfortable short term stay.

Breakfast was repetitive, the chef showed no ingenuity that would be expected from a 5 star hotel. All the hot side of the breakfast choices (eggs, sausage, beans, mushrooms) where all lukewarm warm at best, the heater on the beans and mushrooms wasn’t on most days, so where actually cold. The only other problem was the steam room in the spa , this worked intermittently and was never consistent. Even when it was working, it would do 2 cycles and switch off, disappointing ! As this is what you look forward to after skiing.

Location is clean and the rooms are big with enough amenities (kitchen, sofas, lots of TV's, etc). Our apartment had 2 balconies that both looked towards the river and the mountain. You could smell the burned wood from around the location and it was very cool (25C) for mid-July. Bathroom was clean although a bit in need of renovation. Food was good and average prices. Good drinks on the menu as well. Breakfast was AMAZING with lots of options (eggs, bacon, cheese, vegetables, fried bread, etc). Staff was perfectly polite and happy to talk to you and help you. For us this is a great location to stop for a night, well worth the money.

Very good breakfast, Spa has a variety of facilities. great place for families. walking distance from Bansko attractions: Ski lift, Restaurants, Old town and Mountain view. Staff was very kind useful.

At first was accommodated in a room w/o A/C. was moved to a room with A/C short after asking to.

We loved the fact that the staff wanted to please us and give us a better view room than the room we got, the staff was extremely nice. My kids had a good time in the playroom which is small but has all little kids want. The breakfast was nice the beds were comfortable the location was great, the spa and massage were very good

The room was a bit dusty, the pool wasn't as hot as we thought. Could be nice to have different options of breakfast mostly was the same everyday. When taking a shower the water kept coming out and wetting the floor we told the staff and they tried to help and fix it but didn't succeed. But all in all a good stay. Thank you

Breakfast was decent, SPA is good if you are alone with your partner or family. The restaurant was very good and there was a waiter that was exceptionally involved and engaged with his guests! Cheers to him! Room was spacious and very clean, good view. Everything was perfect!

As soon as there were more than 6 people at the SPA it started feeling very crowded.
