Good breakfast and dinner options, breakfast could be earlier though...it starts at 7:30 AM but by 8:00 AM it was already a huge queue at the gondola so each day we had to take the car to the up parking. Big rooms. Sky rental at -1 which was comfortable. Very good sport massage at Spa center. Daily room cleaning and towels changing. Very warm rooms.

Everything was outdated: the room, common spaces, pool area etc. Even if we get an upgrade ( we got some room with stairs) it was not the best option: the shower in both bathrooms is just a curtain, so entire bathroom get flooded when you shower. I booked a room with shower cabin but... Elevators were a joke, they kept walking you wherever they wanted . Be ware of rooms at 5th floor (the ones with stairs) ... the second floor has very very thin walls so you get to hear what your neighbors just speak. You have some sort of kitchen but there are only glasses, so even if there is a hob you have nothing to heat smth on it. Upstairs where there are the beds no plugs near are available.

Amazing looking lobby, plenty of parking, cleaning staff was super accommodating and friendly, hotel staff was friendly as well. The breakfast was always amazing, the spa was ok. The hotel location is amazing and close to everything. Easily accessible by car.

Dinner was poor and too expensive for what it offered, the spa was not clean and the jacuzzi was literally too dirty to get in until someone complained and they had to close it down to clean it. The steam room almost never worked. Lifts are very bad and kept breaking down.

The food provision in the hotel is excellent for both breakfast and dinner. Large variety of foods to suit all tastes, that rarely repeated throughout the week. All fresh and well prepared. I especially liked the salad selections and the array of vegetable dishes although the meats were also very good.

The spa is getting a little tired now, and although functional and appreciated at the end of the skiing day we chose which zones to use dependent on the cleanliness of each on the given day.

The hotel offered incredible breakfast and dinner variety. We even had a special Bulgarian night evening with amazing dishes and free wine. The SPA facilities have everything you need. They are clean and spacious. It's a very relaxing place and you can meet new friends from the hotel :)

I was at the top floor rooms and the noise from the lobby was echoing with very high intensity during the night. It was so noisy, that I went to sleep on the couch as it was more quiet there.

The room was very spacious and warm, which made our stay comfortable. The food had a good variety, and the breakfast in particular was quite enjoyable. Although the afternoon meal lacked flavor compared to breakfast

Although the spa offers various facilities, the area is quite small. Additionally, due to the open layout of the building, there was a lot of echo from the lobby, which could be heard in the rooms and was disturbing at times.

The location is excellent. The breakfast decent, good choice of everything. The rooms are spacious, actually they are apartments. Excellent value for money. I was there two years ago an it has improved.

The ski storage space for such a big hotel is very, very limited and small. The pool water could be warmer. The saunas except one were not really in function but were open to the guests. The jacuzzi didn't work. The lady selling the ski passes was not available for two days and the other staff at the desk could not replace her.

Breakfast was nice, however the staff was polite enough but not too much to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Rooms were really clean and hotel is really close to Tsakiris rental store and gondola. Hotel is also close to city, restaurants and pubs

Not so quiet hotel, so you could hear everything. Every morning we were waking up from the music at the bar of the hotel or we could hear kids playing etc. lastly , spa is nice when it comes to massage experience but sauna, jacuzzi and thermal pool are not so quiet it was full of kids

Nice hotel, spacious lounge where you can sit in the evening. Ski rental on site and transfer to the elevator and back. You can also buy a ski pass directly at the hotel. Equipment prices are very affordable. Walking straight 7 minutes to the tourist center of the city. Safe parking for your car available behind the building. Nice breakfast 🥞

We had a room on the first floor, it was a little noisy.

Confortable rooms, close to bars & restaurants. Great sauna, nice pool (water a bit cool few days). I would come back.

It's not entirely hotel's fault, but the lobby is very noisy. One reason is that the music stops at 11 pm and after that no security personnel send people to sleep. For us there was no problem, being tired we had good sleep anyway. Otherwise it's not ok. One morning we had expired chocolate.
