The apartman that we reserved was really big , and enough for 5 persons . It had 2 bathrooms , 2 bedrooms and 1 living room with sofas and 1 single bad . The shuttle to gondola was always on time . The spa center all worked nice (old building but all functional) .

2 of the guys that worked on the reception night shift not so educated . Old building and was not so clean at some points .

Location was great, close enough to the Gondola and restaurants, far enough so that there was no noice at night. Room was big, with a small terrace, breakfast had nice variety of food, Sauna and pool clean and nice.

the hours of the sauna and pool were too short in the evening. They closed at 19:00, exactly when one returns from ski and needs the soothing heat of these facilities

Sauna is great! Everything at the hotel is clean. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Door handle to my bathroom fell off, but no biggie.

The apartment is big with a spacious living room, big bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The breakfast is great with a lot of choices. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna are fine and nice after skiing. They also offer transport with a minibus directly to Gondola lift. Great location with very good quality for the price.

The hosts were very nice and the facilities were very good. Good points for SPA area, restaurant and ski rent. The guy at the ski rent Denis was very polite and supportive!

Wi-fi was actually missing! Room temperatures were low in the first day.

Maybee the building was a bit warmer for all of us.

-the position, very close to the gondola and to the main area; -breakfast; - the spa; -the fact that there is a room where you could put your ski equipment during the night.

-the room was not so clean; -the linen was dirty; -the towels from the room were not changed during our stay; -there was no cleaning in the room durring our stay; -at the bar you could not pay by card; -even they offer a transport to the gondola (1-2 minutes by bus) they could offer to give you a ride to other ski lifts (other hotels do that) because in the morning there is a queue for at least 1 hour;
