Awesome place very very close to the gondola, you need to find payed parking nearby that's the only thing you news to think about but you can pay online in Bansko there are sogns with QR codes and is pretty easy 10 BGN per day which is cheaper than other closed parkings nearby.

It would have been maybe nice to have at least small shampoos or dish soap but is not a big deal for me. Also I found that some utensils were not perfectly clean.

The location is absolutely perfect. Next to Gondola exactly. The apartment was very comfortable and big. Always heated.

There is no parking for free, so you need to find a place farest to park your car. If u want you can pay at the hotel for the private parking. For sure this is something that you know from the beginning before doing your reservation. That was the only thing that I didn't like.

There is no reception in the building like mentioned in the description, you have to pick up the key from a nearby hotel. There is no parking access, even though the building has parking spaces. The wifi was not working, they offered to send someone to look at it, but we didn’t insist on it.

cleaner left the door unlocked - electric heater in bathroom has a wire connection in gaffer tape! Buy a frying pan that’s none stick - tiny thing but so important ! Need to explain the key fob use - on the outside door and the lift

Absolutely loved the location. The windows had a good view of the mountains. The place has good heaters with easy control. The place is super quiet.

There is no kettle. Wifi doesn't work on the 4th floor. When I inquired about this, a technician came and didn't do anything. There's a signal on the 3rd floor but it's weak and unreliable. The shower cabin is leaky.
