It was one of the most intimate of our hotel experiences abroad. Even if you are not staying, I would love you to go and meet Veronica. She is a very helpful and thoughtful person in everything. We will definitely come again next year with more people.

Fantastic welcome, Veronica was great from the initial welcome and checking in to explaining all that Bansko and the hotel can offer you for your stay. Fantastic location to the gondola and all the bars and restaurants 👌 Great value for money and really comfy beds, I would definitely stay here again when I come back.

I could smell smoke from previous guests in the room, not sure if they allowed that, but after airing the room, it was fine. Some people would say that the hotel could do with an update in its decor, but, as a well travelled individual, it is traditional and rustic with everything you need.

The room was spacious and everything spotless clean. Single beds were comfortable although the extra bed for our son was not so much. Veronika was very helpful. Breakfast was good for a 3 star hotel. Location is perfect, close to Gondola and also to city centre.

The extra bed of our son was a bit uncomfortable. Towels are not changed every day and I suggest that this is communicated to the guests beforehand to manage expectations. The fact that there is no lift, hence having to climb 3 flights of stairs every time we needed to go to our room is a drawback.

First of all many thanks for hospitality of Monica and Veronica sisters. They were really friendly and helpful. The room is big and clean. Breakfast is very good. The location is perfect ,it is 5 minutes walk to Gondola. Our last day we planned to leave early in the morning before breakfast and we gave information to the desk , when we arrived hotel we saw that Monica prepared a bag of breakfast for us, that impressed me a lot. I really advise Bariakov Family Hotel.

The location is in a quiet area but close to the gondola, 5 minutes' walk away. In the courtyard of the location there is a private parking lot, sufficient for the number of rooms. Excellent breakfast, served from 7.30. There is a room for storing ski equipment. It is a 3-star location, very fair, those who have whims will satisfy them elsewhere!

I have nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was great, a variety of eggs, cheese, hams, pancakes, spreads and vegetables. The location is good next to the main street and walking distance from the gondola. Veronika and the staff are very lovely and helpful. They have a discount for a ski rental shop (called Method) and it was amazing very good place!

The property looked better in reality than it did in the pictures. Veronika was the kindest, most polite and helpful host we've had in a while; she provided us with discounts on various services and taverns (including the Therme spa), and the occasional glass of wine on our game nights. The breakfast was tasty, diverse and perfect for a long ski day. The parking is big enough and the slope within a 5 mins' walk (wearing ski boots). I fully recommend!

Very convenient located, adequate rooms size and facilities, very good breakfast. The owners are friendly and always willing to help. Private and guaranteed parking is a big plus.

Furniture is a bit old and the beds matresses are too stiff but this is just a matter of preference.

Veronika was our host, and she is very kind, very communicative, and making sure we had everything we needed it. The staff was also kind and professional. The hotel is clean, centrally located with a good-sized parking lot and a delicious breakfast. Highly recommended.

The a really are a family hotel and treat you like a family. Any issues I had were solved in seconds. The location is really good. Close to the lift but not on the main street so your sleep is not disturbed by the music. The rooms reflect the price but if you're skiing you don't need anything else.
