We loved the facilities and the location

Some sauna's were closed and needed to be requested in advance. The food variety was low and often my kids couldn't find something they will be willing to eat. All exclusive is ONLY in the restaurant area while you have your meal

We were family with 4 (adults) of what 3 (me and kids) are advanced skiers and one (my wife) not so. Skiing was enjoyable mostly as there was no big que on Gondola and slops were really nice, until afternoon when they get damaged due to worm weather. Hotel was on nice upper location, enabling long walks through the woods in free time, which was exceptional. Also swimming pool and jakuzi were with hot spa water were delightful. Night clubs are worth to visit.

I was expecting little bit more interesting food, although I can not state it was bad or not enough. Just I wood prefer more interesting or authentic.

An unforgettable experience! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything from the warm welcome at reception to the attention to the smallest details was impeccable. The rooms are extremely clean, spacious and tastefully decorated, offering perfect comfort. The staff is particularly kind and always ready to help, anticipating even our smallest wishes. The hotel's restaurant offers a wide range of dishes, all delicious and impeccably presented. The breakfast is rich and satisfies every culinary preference, and the service is fast and professional. The facilities, such as the pool, spa and fitness room, are well maintained and offer an atmosphere of total relaxation. Plus, the location is perfect - close to all the major attractions, but quiet enough to enjoy privacy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for superior service and a memorable experience. I will definitely be back!

Everything was flawless. No other comments.

Everything was ok. The staff very friendly, te apartment was big, a little too hot inside for us, but you can stop the radiators. The pool was excellent, the kids spent a lot of time inside. The water was warm and good. The water in the jacuzzi was even more warmer than the pool. And also the water was very very clean every day. The food was good, but i have a suggestion, there must be at every meal chicken for the plenty of kids ( shanghai, schnitzel), pasta with red sauce because i am sure every kid eats it and also french fries should never miss. The gondola is not far from the hotel, this being a good think for those who love skiing. A big plus was the kids play zone and we loved the coffee. We will come back for sure

The towels were not changed during our stay of 4 nights, there was not a mop, fart and broom in the room and i thing it is necessary. There are not kitchen utensils or pans in the room, maybe you need a teaspoon or a knife to cut a fruit. Also the water boiler was a little too small for 4 persons to take a bath. But we could live with that, was not something to make us run away. We would return here anytime

The hotel was excellent for us and the staff is very helpful and nice (they even offered to make us some sandwiches for the road because we checked out at 11 am and missed lunch) , the hotel has a bus driving you to the gondola lift and back so if you ski you can even put your ski boots on. We had all inclusive and access to the spa area which means wet and dry sauna, swimming pool, jacuzzi inside and outside. You also have a fitness area, kids area. The food was really good and you even have vegetarian dishes. The room was clean and warm (we even had to turn off the heat sometimes because it was too hot for us). Excellent value for money ! I totally recommend the hotel even though is not close to the gondola.

Good location, about 10 minutes on foot to the gondola. Free ski shuttle. They have a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym. Good breakfast and dinner.

Need slightly better maintenance, the apartments lack kitchen utensils and a hair dryer. We didn't ask, so I don't know if we would have received it. The road to the accommodation is not fully asphalted and cleared of snow and ice.

Family run hotel and all staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms are a good size with a double bed, table and chair, sofa and balcony. Check in and out was really easy, bag storage was helpful due to our late flight.

Swimming pool and jacuzzi could have done with a deep clean and the steam room wasn't very hot/steamy.

Great family business. Each member of the staff did their very best that the guests are satisfied. Delicious, varied, home made food. Continous re-fill, so if you arrive late, you can still try out eveything. Wide range of facilities, e.g. gym, pool, table tennis, gaming room for kids, etc. although a little used or worn-out. Overall we pretty much enjoyed our stay, kind & smiling staff was of great contribution, despite not everyone speaks English.

Beds could have been more comfortable, or those were actually rather uncomfortable. All inclusive package does indeed contain breakfast, lunch, dinner and many kinds of different local alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks, although just during that time when the Restaurant is open. E.g. You have to take care of your drinks between Breakfast & Lunch. By no means these are of major issues or complaints, one day we would certainly return.

We spent 2 days in this hotel in late November. Our rooms were spacious and warm. Spa facilities were nice and food was tasty and plenty. 5* for its wonderful and super attentive personnel! We wish we could have spent a few more days because our kids and the rest of us really had fun with all the facilities this hotel provides.

There weren't any hangers for towels in the bathrooms.

There are some little things that can improve and can show that indeed the Hotel has 3 stars. 1. Replace old towels. 2. Towels for the spa. 3. At the open bar, buy a new set of plates/dishes/cutlery to have all the pieces the same.
