Amazing SPA, and outdoor pools. The main outdoor pool is very nice, I like that it's 16+, it's really peaceful without children. The food was excellent! The lobby bar, the other restaurants are also very nice!

I didn't like the coffee. The coffee should really be at least more decent for a hotel of this rank. I don't mind paying for it as long as it's not Spetema. I recommend the management to approach Dabov. The 5 star competition in Bansko have Dabov :)

Incredibly stylish and beautiful hotel, very well made. Perhaps the best spa we have ever visited! The restaurant and the food was amazing, fantastic taste while buffet also served in moderation, unlike the usual waste of food. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean.

There was poor communication between the different venues in the hotel-lobby bar, main restaurant and other restaurant. Kept on giving us mixed or incorrect information, passing us from one staff to another for simple questions. It left us with the feeling of an incredible amount of money spent on the building and interior, but not so much on valuing, maintaining and training staff - all were very kind and welcoming but not could not be helpful as were clearly not well informed about other aspects of the hotel (e.g, the other restaurant, the other bar, etc).

The hotel is elegant and very relaxing!

All inclusive option reduces the charm and the category of the hotel. Have more a la carte restaurants on site. Who wants to walk around with a plate and wait for food when going to a 5-star hotel. All inclusive option turns the hotel into a cheap spot. Luckily,the hotel offers breakfast only option, HB or AI. Coffee machine at breakfast was horrible. A proper coffee should be offered at no extra cost.

The hotel is excellent, especially in regards to its spa facilities and food. There is a wide variety of outdoor and indoor pools, steam rooms, saunas, and other spa features for both adults and kids. The outdoor pool and bar area is great, with both warm and cold water, infinity pools etc. The food in the main restaurant is excellent with plenty of choice for the whole family. They also had a sweets bar which was a very nice touch - ice cream, cookies and candy were lovely.

There were a lot of flies inside the restaurant (though I'm not sure the hotel can control this) and I would have liked the bars better if they included freshly squeezed juices and cocktails as part of the all-inclusive package, as opposed to having to pay separately for them. The staff could have been a bit friendlier. Also they ran out of towels fairly quickly every day, so they should increase the supply, But these are minor things, overall no major complaints.

In the restaurant was a little bit colder then other hotels.

The hotel architecture and internal design create the WOW effect upon arrival. The all-inclusive concept is implemented so well, and it fits perfectly with the relaxed atmosphere. The quiet music during the day allows for chilling, while the DJ in the evening adds energy and makes it perfect for swimming in the hot mineral water outside. Many pools, saunas, and relaxing areas can accommodate guests without making them feel crowded. The staff is polite, the service exceptional, and the facility maintenance is doing their job in the best possible way. And more, the food's quality and variety are surprisingly outstanding. It is a very high bar to continue to hold. I hope they will...

Buffet offering can do with some improvement. Quality vs. quantity

One of the best hotels I’ve been to. Rooms were big, modern and clean, very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. We had a wonderful spa experience. The staff was very polite and helpful.

The food wasn’t labeled…great variety of jams, yogurt and pastry without labels (this could be a problem for people with allergies). Also, I would suggest opening “a la carte”restaurant.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. Food was great too.

That the outside pool upstairs is forbidden for children… the other outside pools on the lower lever aren’t very nice as they are quite small and there is no sunshine there in the afternoons. Also, from our room we could hear the air conditioning unit, which was not very nice especially when the balcony door was open.

We’ve liked everything about the hotel. All the staff were very friendly. The room and facilities were very clean. There is variety of food even for babies. Daily the towels were changed. We will definitely come back.

At the terrace in the room it would be great to have table with chairs. Also a mosquito net on the windows/door will be great to have.
