Cornelia Deluxe is at the outskirts of Bansko, 10 min drive to Gondola. Very pleasant and quiet. Ideally for a family getaway. Facilities are great, food tasty and friendly staff. We left early in the morning and they prepared for us breakfast to go (sandwiches, fruits, veggies), very kind of them. Good wi-fi connection and very very quiet.

The lobby was very cozy and the staff was very kind. A great stay!

We had encounters with a few guests with horrible manners! It also says in the pool not to jump, and everyone was jumping and it was very disorganised, there was no one to tell and it seemed that the staff were aware but not bothered.

Location, atmosphere, very nice spa, cozy fire, buildings always heated properly, good price quality,... very nice. Definitely the best in the area. Been to 6 hotels in the region and Cornelia just wins in most regards or all.

We really liked the hotel, the lobby and the restaurant are very beautiful. The rooms are clean and sunny.

Wifi is not good! This is one thing which we didn't like.

Overall, everything was ok, but there are some points to be improved. Good things: view of the mountains, comfy beds, jacuzzi, football field, friendly and helpful stuff, beautiful interior design of the rooms, lobby and restaurant, tennis tables, a small playground for kids, well-kept territory.

No wifi in the room, only in the corridor, at least in our building.The same breakfast and dinner menu for the period of our stay, very little variety. The juices they offered for breakfast were undrinkable. In the restaurant, we had to ask for glass cups to drink coffee or tea as they were not placed near the coffee machine. The swimming pool is very chlorinated. In our room, there was no soap in the soap dispenser until the day of our departure, and the ventilation in the bathroom didn't work as well. The bedding and towels were changed every day, but they never cleaned the floor for the time of our stay -7 nights. You should also be aware that the hotel is not in Bansko but 4-5 km away.

We didn’t have Wi-Fi in annex building, we complained about it many times and they did nothing about it The whole spa with the pool and jacuzzi were good, but it's small for the capacity of the hotel and you can't use the pool and jacuzzi. Spa center was very crowded so unfortunately didn’t get to use it.The breakfast is ok.The same breakfast menu for the period of our stay, very little variety. Small elevator.Heating only with air conditioners which is not good enough.

Great quiet location. More than enough parking space. The food was great, both at dinner and breakfast. Well maintained hotel overall with tasteful design. The SPA was good enough and it had everything you might need. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

If you plan to have a dinner in the hotel’s restaurant keep in mind that you might have to wait for quite some time for your order to be served. While the staff was super polite and helpful, the serving was very slow and simple salads took 20-30 minutes to be served, one of the orders was completely forgotten as well.

The breakfast has excellent dairy products and the restaurant had tasty soups and mish-mash. The SPA was small, but quite nice and pretty. The atmosphere was overall really good and I simply loved the view from our room overlooking Pirin 😊

I didn't like the coffee at breakfast and the fact that there weren't any extra blankets in the room. It's true we forgot to ask, but both nights we would remember when it was already too late and the staff was not working. We were not cold as there was heating in the room, but I would have been more comfortable with blankets. For comparison, there were 6 extra pillows. These are literally the worst parts of my stay, so a pretty good place afterall 🙂
