Kitchen was equipped very poor, There was no pot, no pan, to cook anything. There was a stove but you had nothing to put on it.

The view from the window in our room was amazing! Big window, mountain! The room was clean and modern. Everything was working properly in the bathroom. Breakfast was nice and tasty (eggs, porridge, cereal, toast, cheese nuts, deserts). The staff is friendly. We arrived is later and for us the staff put instruction and key on reception stage. We were very pleased with our stay here.

I would add just curtains)) They were in most of the rooms, but they weren't in our room. In the evening, when the lights were turned on in the room, and it was already dark outside - it would have been more comfortable for us that we were not so clearly visible))

The SPA center is fine, the breakfast is very abundant, the view of the mountain and the spacious studio are a must. We had everything we needed and probably will come back again. The Vietnamese restaurant was a very good experience.

The staff is not professional and not very helpful, neither competent. We didn’t see anyone in the SPA center and had to set up the steam room and the salt room by ourselves. On Saturday at 9 o’clock the breakfast was a disaster-no hot water, no coffee machine, no spoons, no food. Only one waitress there…She was trying to help but… It seems there is no management staff in the hotel. The food in the restaurant for dinner is very expensive like everything in Bansko and doesn’t matches the quality. There is no heating for the common areas and the walkway between the buildings - they are very cold and this is uncomfortable.

Nice pool area, one of the rare places in Bansko to have outdoors pool in summer.

The pictures and description did not match the room!!! They add pictures of their best room, which they only have 2, and then it's big disappointment when you arrive. Room is much smaller than in the description. They first gave us a very bad room, that did not have a couch, but what looked like a bed for a dog on the floor, not a single chair in the balcony. Room was changed, but only next day. Every room has kitchenete, but its poorely equiped, only 3 plates and some glasses.

I had a wonderful 2-day stay at this hotel! The room was clean and spacious, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The spa facilities were a great addition and well-maintained. The breakfast was also excellent.

While my overall stay was enjoyable, there were a few aspects that could have been improved. One issue was with the parking lot, which was frozen early in the morning, making it difficult and unsafe to walk or park. Additionally, breakfast service starts at 8:00 AM, which coincides with the departure time of the first ski bus, so I wasn’t able to take advantage of it. Furthermore, I had a negative experience with the male receptionist, who was rude and spoke with an ironic tone, leaving a bad impression. However, I would like to mention that a lady at the reception was very helpful and friendly, which helped make up for the previous unpleasant interaction.

Great concept of the hotel and high class furniture. We have been given a spacious apartment with an amazing view. Perfect heating for winter nights and soundproof walls for comfortable sleeping. The food presented each morning for breakfast was decent and fresh. Baby cot was also good- linens and sheets were super charming and clean. Personnel were nice and helpful that we truly appreciate.

Each kitchenette does not contain proper dishes, no pot/pan available, so to have a stove and an oven totally loses meaning. I do not find it appropriate to pay for water during the breakfast (only tap water was provided upon request). Play room for kids contains strange variety of entertainment: Playstation with big screen and several baby toys.

I would absolutely recommend the hotel to those visiting Bansko and Razlog. We were captivated by the view from the rooms, shown at the booking site, and they correspond to the reality. It is really inspiring to relax with a cup of coffee and this view, knowing you would be climbing those peaks the next day :) The room is very cozy, the bed is comfortable (the matress is probably orthopedic). The food at CAVA restaurant was very delicious and there is a wide variety of dishes, allowing different dietary preferences to be accomodated. The service was exceptional and allows to fully enjoy the rest at Local Stay. The staff at the restaurant and at the lobby were very kind and willing to help. We would gladly come back! :)

Attitude of staff-polite, helping, ready to assist and serve with a smile. The 2 bedroom appartment we have booked was cosy and with enough space for a family with two children 7 and 10. All clean and very pleasant. Excellent food!! Nice and spacious restaurant, rich breakfast even when it is on set menu. All meals always fresh and prepared on the moment. One very important issue with the food: you don’t need a hundred pages menu list with no quality meals. In restaraunt ‘Cava’ you will have 5-6 of salads, starters, main, etc. but with high quality fresh ingredients and perfect taste. Undisputably profesional and experienced Chef! Not only the name of the restaurant ‘Cava’ gives a spanish colour, there are choices of spanish and italian kitchen meals.

Spa facility is too small for hotel consisting of 3 or 4 separate buildings. And from where we were you have a long way to go plus part of the walk on the outside.

Clean hotel and rooms. Breakfast could have been better, but it's ok. Fireplace costs 40lev per day extra to burn, which is mentioned nowhere. Spa was small and missing key amenities like hydromassage. In case you might want to speak to a manager about something, you won't find any. Yes, this is the only hotel with no owners/managers/supervisors.

The staff is extremely polite. The spa is good maybe because there were no many other people in the hotel at the time we were there. The restaurant is extraordinary - we had a dinner there a-la-carte and the food was fantastic. Great mountain view even from the first floor.

If the hotel is full, the spa size would not be enough for everybody. The bathroom in the apartment is a little old. The breakfast options were the same everyday - it was a-la-cart because the hotel was not very busy, but it would still be good to have a variety for breakfast.
