Great money/ value. We had an amazing time. The staff was very friendly and responsive. My girlfriend had a birthday, and Asen went into town to buy a cake, we really appreciated their hard work and dedication to make our experience rememberable. Nikolay at the reception was good and helpful. We communicated mostly with Kiril, and he was really great. He delivered an outstanding service, and he deserves recognition! The staff at the bar was very great as well! Overall, it was a great experience. We would recommend, based on the experience with the staff!

The only negative aspects during our stay were the lack of variability regarding cocktails and ice creams. Even then, the staff at the bar did their best to create custom cocktails based on our request. I believe this was just bad timing, and it's not the usual situation.

Staff is very friendly. People with children will enjoy the nice playground and the hotel seems to be pet friendly as well. Spa is okay, though if there are a lot of guests it does get a bit cramped. Food quality was nice. Our room had a bigger than usual fridge. Location is at a good distance from nearby cities, by car of course. Overall the positives outweigh the negatives, it's a nice place, I would recommend for 4-5 nights if it isn't full.

TV in the room is way too small. Channels that were available in the restaurant were not present in the room for some reason. We were told there is no option for a room without a bathtub, which makes taking a shower not really comfortable. The dinner menu is way too small and repetitive if you are staying for more than a few nights. Bathrobes were ripped and seemingly old. The last night of our stay, the hotel seemed to be pretty full and our food and even drinks took way too long to be served, even for an almost full restaurant, though I can't blame the waiters too much as they were constantly circling the place.

Clean pool. Very clean and spacious room, signs of wearout of the facilities. Food and its ingredients exceeded our expectations. Convenient kids garden in the middle of the yard.

Limited access to strollers. The Internet was inconsistent during our stay due to maintenance (minor inconvenience). We wish there was an option for all inclusive/full board.

I had an exceptional experience staying at this apartment. Everything was easily accessible, from transportation to local amenities. The apartment itself was worth every penny, offering great value for the price. It was well-maintained, clean, and equipped with everything I needed. Overall, my stay exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality accommodation.

Very friendly staff -- my taxi accidentally took me here -- I had planned to stay somewhere else (but I had not yet finalized a reservation there). When I asked directions, they were SO friendly and helpful to give me directions to their competitor, that I just stayed. That was an EXCELLENT decision - I felt HOSTED and WANTED. Nice sauna - nice swimming pools

Outside of Bansko - I did not have a car - with a car, location would be fine

Spacious, clean studios, great location and stunning views. Fantastic outdoor pool and nice spa. Dedicated and kind manager and friendly staff. The food is wonderful, exellent chef. The hotel is pet friendly! I had a great stay.

Nice and pleasant facility with very polite and cooperative staff, ready to provide the best service to satisfy your needs. The food in the restaurant was very delicious, affordable, especially the vegetables were very fresh and tasty. We’ll come again!

Good value for money, good swimming pool and mostly friendly staff, a small playground for kids, clean flats

The pool area wasn’t very clean (although that was late in the afternoon, maybe it’s different in the morning), the breakfast was quite limited and not great quality, the facilities were a bit dated / could do with better maintenance

Price was exceptionally good, amenities were good, staff was ok, perhaps a bit insufficient. But food was really good, despite being HB. I could and have already recommended it

Staff was a bit short of people. Needs a bit more care as some things are falling apart. It needs a bit kore care and live to be a brilliant not just a jewel

The hotel and ski area facilities, the hotel staff particularly Polly who was so friendly and polite with us. Breakfast was absolutely brilliant and the attention and service were excellent. The hotel facilities and room were completely spotless and comfortable. We used mostly all of the facilities offered and they exceed our expectations. They have a transfer to Bansko town which was working at our convenience. They have a kid area which was very important for us.

If I would have to drop a suggestion, it would be, that the receptionist would have a better level of English and that the transfer hours would be more flexible for customers as they have a time band that goes until 4:30 pm during weeks and until 9:30 during weekends.
