Overall was very nice stay . We visit it every year for the last 5 ones.and will repeat. The quality of food and the choice were better this time. the only times when you feel how full is the hotel , is during the meals.

The outdoor areas were very good maintained but the apartment needed some work for refreshment

Lovely place to stay. There was no supermarkets in the local area and staying on a complex where there was only 2 restaurants open meant that finding food and cooking was a little difficult. One restaurant served only sea food which I can’t eat so I had to go to the supermarket in Bansko after I finished skiing and before the shuttle bus had come to pick us up. Other then that it’s a lovely place to stay which has 3 outdoor pools and one indoor pool. The rooms are big and have kitchen facilities but the hotel doesn’t provide you with cooking tools like pots and pans so you have to pay extra for these which is a big let down. The shuttle bus is pretty much every hour so that works well.

The location looks nice, the rooms were equipped with everything we needed, the spa has a big inside pool and three outside heated pools. Our room had its own wireless router, so the internet connection was good. The breakfast was varied. Free ski shuttle and free ski/snowboard equipment renting. The reception staff were hospitable.

The rooms were not well soundproofed, which is why, during the first night, we couldn't rest well because of some really noisy neighbours. Some apartments are really far away from the spa (some of our friends stayed there). The ski shuttle is pretty small and the last one (which is also pretty early - 17:00) is always too crowded (we were standing, stuck together)

The SPA is good, however, what is very bothering is that everytime you want to go, you have to queue on the SPA reception to get a special card. And if you forget something in the room, you have to queue again to get back your hotel card and then queue back to get the SPA card again. Really annoying tbh. The breakfast and the dinner were good. They had plenty of options (also diary free options). The personnel was very friendly.

The restaurant for the breakfast did not have enough tables over the weekend. Half of the staff does not speak bulgarian, but they are friendly.

We really liked it. But what impressed us the most was the cosy atmosphere throughout the hotel, especially in the restaurant where meals were served. How can I describe it – carpeted floors, wooden décor everywhere (natural wood), fresh flowers, fireplaces, perfectly dimmed lighting, soft music, and friendly staff who were more than sufficient in number. The SPA center is excellent, with warm water in the pools, allowing you to swim in the outdoor pools even in the middle of winter. Everything is clean and there are plenty of loungers for the guests. Of course, all types of saunas are available, as well as ice and cold water placed exactly where they should be. Moving through the hotel premises and facilities is possible with your electronic card, so no one can go where they are not allowed, ensuring security is at a high level – unauthorised individuals cannot enter the complex. Fast check-in and check-out. The hotel is essentially a small town with shops, bars, restaurants and a small square. There are parks and playgrounds, a small pond, and for golf lovers, excellent courses on a large area.

Nothing. Please stick to natural wood, carpets, fireplaces and other natural materials. We feel at home and would like it to be that way next time.

We had a very pleasant stay (HB), food was good, fresh, and every evening was different. Very kind, helpful staff, they provided information every time. The children corner also was satisfying with different playrooms and small cinema. The apartment was clean and comfortable, making for a relaxing environment. Distance to Bansko it's just 15 minutes by car.

The spa swimming pool was quite deep and not suitable for children, and even adults may find it a bit too challenging for casual swimming. It's a little bit overcrowded, but it's normal in this period of the year.

Pirin Golf Complex was fantastic! The location is so peaceful, surrounded by nature, with gorgeous views of Pirin Mountain. It’s super close to Bansko Ski Resort, and the hotel offers a shuttle to the ski zone, which made everything so easy. The spa was just what we needed to relax, and our apartment was very spacious, clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were amazing—always friendly, attentive, and happy to help and the food we had at breakfast was great too. We’ll definitely recommend this place to friends and will be back the next time we’re in Bansko!

We stayed with our three children in the three bedroom apartment, and it was very spacious, comfortable, warm and clean. It was in the same building with the spa center and the main restaurant where the breakfast (very rich) was served. The thing that we liked most of all were the two outside heated swimming pools: it was such a pleasure to stay in a hot water with the snow around you. Once it was snowing just over our heads while we were swimming, and it was a unique and fantastic experience. The staff was always very helpful and polite. Will be back for sure!

The room was clean, our towels were changed every day and the bed was pretty comfy too. Although there was supposed to be a double bed, there were 2 twin beds put near eachother, but it wasn't necessarily a problem for us.

There was no dish soap and sponge, so we couldn't wash our glasses and the cleaning ladies didn't wash/replace them either, so we ran out of clean ones pretty quickly. The breakfast menu was exactly the same every day, and the dinner one wasn't very diverse either, but the food was tasty and fresh
