Amazing indoor children's play area, and the girl working there was super sweet to our toddler! The bed was big and comfortable. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Spa receptionist and masseur also very friendly. The buffet dinner was really good.

There were stars to the restaurant so not very convenient for a stroller, also dark and no tables outdoors. Cigarette smoke inside the spa center coming from guests smoking at the pool area. There were construction works so it was a bit noisy and the view not as great as in the pictures. I was charged for a green tea in a plastic cup at the spa center while these tend to be complementary at other 5* spa hotels. The waitress collected my plate and drink while I was getting some extra food at the buffet.

Very good staff, very helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The SPA needs a little renovation ( the steam bath smelled bad). Lots of children were running around in the SPA. The breakfast and dinner were OK for a 5 star hotel. The parking could be a little tricky when there are lots of guests since it's supposed to be a two way street but there is space for only one car. We were with an 11 year old and the foldable bed was in bad condition. In the shower sometimes the water was becoming suddenly very hot and after that cold.

Nice hotel, good location with view over the town of Sandanski. Exceptional breakfast. Great open air pools with mineral water. Nice SPA zone. Good kids area in the hotel. It's a bit overpriced, especially food and drinks in the restaurant.

There is nice kids outdoor pool but water was quite cold 27 degrees (on Sunday 22/09) while air temperature was 29. Totally unacceptable when target are kids. The manager on duty had taken action and in about an hour was good for kids. Hotel is relatively new (since 2018) but need some refresh and repair (like bathroom taps and showers). One of kid's slide in outdoor pool was not anchored properly and is potentially danger when more kids are playing at the same time. Problem is finding parking lot in the evening. Recommend to think about proper separating of parking area and at least one charging point for EV.

The Food was good - both the breakfast and dinner. It was good that there was a lunch menu. The SPA area was really nice (the saunas and the relax area) and the procedures were OK. The room was specious enough and the parking was very close by.

I felt the restaurant and the bar were little understaffed. We had to wait long time just to get a simple coffee at the pool bar. The pools were not very clean - even the kids pools - they had all kinds of stuff floating inside. The worst part was that when we got home all the family got sick with some stomach bug, and I'm sure it is not from the food but maybe we got it from some other guest.

We had very, very pleasant stay at the hotel. First night we got a room without terrace, but the next day we changed it for a better one, no additional charge, staff was full of respect and good manners. The food is excellent, variety of delectable meals, well cooked and served. Not many usable hot pools and saunas, but sufficient for us.

I didn't like some smaller things like the weak pressure in the shower and having to pay for drinkable water in the room.

Clean rooms and functional facilities, although calcareous residues are present. Good diversity of pools. Pool bar is nice. Spa is well equipped (a hotter sauna would be nice). Reasonable breakfast and dinner for half board (not fancy, but you may find a few good options). They also have a la carte. Although drinks were not include, prices are reasonable (we spent around 50 Euro euro on a 3 days stay 2 adults+1child, ordering everything we needed). Would recommend and come back.

Works are being done on the premise, some access ways are not closed and protected. We could walk right into the construction site. Also a dirty view and odor on the way to the restaurant. Construction workers chilling at the door in front of the reception when tourists are coming back from dinner. These things alter the quality of the stay. When I book a 5* resort, expectations are high. Some of them have not been met. I hope they will be fixed

We staid in 2023 for 1 night in the main hotel - average We staied in 2024 for 1 night at the villa - outstanding Villa worth every penny. Main room in the hotel is just as any other room. The property is still under development, but we found it better in 2024 than in 2023. more facilities, a lot of items to do there. Thinking to return and stay more days.

The hotel has an infinity outdoor pool overlooking the city with hot mineral water. There are a few smaller pools with hotter water. The spa area has all the necessary facilities. The restaurant is good and offers a wide variety of food.

The outdoor pools could have better maintenance, especially in terms of cleanliness.

I am truly glad I made the choice to stay at this hotel ! I am thankful to all the staff for the incredibly kind behaviour and helpfulness . Their hospitality and friendliness contributed to make my stay memorable. Beautiful views, great selection of spa treatments, the pool bar at sunset is a fabulous sight .

I can't say there's a thing that I didn't like.

Everything was great but what stood out was the staff. Everyone from the receptionist to the cleaning staff greeted us with smiles and were genuinely helpful and welcoming

I was impressed to learn that the hotel is about 20 years old. It is very well maintained, looks modern and new. The big outdoor swimming pool, the infinity one, is amazing!
