My room was very clean. Hotel staff has good hygiene. Comfortable room with a good bed. Nice balcony with a good view. Good value for money. I would definitly recommend staying here (especially if on a budget, or if you desire a clean room.)

The breakfast was a bit simple. Also the hotel is situated on a downwards slope. Parking could be difficult (although I think you can park elsewhere in a street close by).

The location of this hotel is just perfect - right above the park, so if you don't mind walking 50-ish stairs, you will find that you are practically in the park. This can be avoided by using the quite elevated sidewalk that is also a bit longer. The property is very well cleaned. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We were traveling with a toddler and were accommodated on the first floor even though we didn't specify it (there's no elevator in the building)

The breakfast is a quite scarce. It is very cheap and that should probably explain it, but I still hardly feel it's worth it. The mini fridge in the room was not working.

Excellent location near the most beautiful pak in the coutry and very central, near hotel Spas and close to restaurants and shops. Very helpful and friendly staff, family atmosphere. Hot and cold drinks avialable at the reception.

Few stairs to get there, which however is good to keep you fit.

Was really perfect ,we enjoyed allot,from the parking to the personal that help on all we need,to the cleaning ,and room ,the view from our room was like mini Switzerland 🇨🇭, thanks allot ,WE WILL BE BACK ! 🥰

That we doesn’t have more time to stay

Amazing view from own balcony and the location is great, it's close to city center and big park, which is really beautiful! Personnnel is helpful and capable with little english :) serving breakfast and it's possible to eat at nice terrace.

A good place to stop and get some rest after a long drive from the Peloponnese. The park that's very close to the hotel is very nice. There are many restaurants to choose from close by.

The street that the hotel is on is very steep and ends in a stairway. Getting out of that street after parking in front of the hotel very nearly cost us a complete clutch replacement. After reversing up that street the clutch pedal sticks half way down and the car will likely have to go in for repairs very soon.

Lovely location just next to the Park and main street,very friendly staff especially Gergana Stoyanova who greeted and met us upon arrival and been on duty for most of the time we spent in the hotel.

May be the variety of breakfast

I really liked our stay in Sandanski and at the Avis hotel. We had a very nice room with a terrace. Nice breakfast. And thanks to Yana for her hospitality.

The shower - I need a curtain

The hotel is on great locations and the double rooms are spacious with great view. Our room was on the third floor with spectacular view of the city. Very close near by is the main street with many shops and restaurants. The hotel is just few minutes from the park.

Location ( 5 mins away from the park ) , the view of the city , we loved it . Lady in the reception was really nice and friendly.
