Clean and comfortable rooms. Very good SPA centre. Delicious food and polite staff. The location is amazing and so much to see around. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms. Suitable for both couples and families with children. An excellent restaurant with a very wide selection of dishes. Great prices! Nice service staff. Great breakfast.

Food and location are pretty good to be honest, in addition they also have beautiful garden.

Just before our arrival it was rainy, which justify to some extend that our apartment was flooded with water, but what truly set me was that the receptionist didn’t really knew what to do or was even interested in seeing with his own eyes, so he called the owner and kept repeating “they said it was flooded” which… long story short we ended up with two rooms instead of apartment with kitchen and we were traveling with a baby :(

Breakfast was very good . The hotel is located near the river and it is so nice to hear it when you are outside, inside the room we couldn't hear it. It has a nice outdoor space with playground for the children, very nice plants and the sounds of the river...so wanderful. The room was very good, very clean hotel, polite staff. I would recommmend the hotel to anyone who wants a holiday in a nice and clean hotel and spa .

The atmosphere was very calm.You can chill on the balcony while listening to nearby small river . The pool was very good , nice music and good prices.

A hidden gem in the mountains of southern Bulgaria. Extremely well maintained and clean pool, bigger and warmer than most; nice breakfast.

Wonderful big balcony. Nice location for some waterfall walk in the Belasitsa mountains. They have a good restaurant and in fact the cook is the only English speaker and once he helped us to clarify the pool schedule problem.

The staff doesn't speak English at all and probably due of this issue they look unfriedly for non Bulgarian speakers. The kitchen of our apartment required major improvements is almost empty, and when we used the oven the electricity stopped in our room. The cleaning could be improved as well. 2 days from 5, they closed the pool earlier due of no too many customers that its completely unpolite since we choose this place for the pool and we paid for it.

Owner are very warm. Restourant was super with traditional foods. Place offers new experiences. We just enjoy our stay.

Pool was great, location perfect for hiking and visiting the waterfalls nearby.

The hotel is great. Situated in a village at the foothills of Belasica mountain, it has a great courtyard where you can also sit and dine if you don't want to sit inside. The rooms are big, well furnished and bright. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom is big. The spa has everything one would expect. The restaurant is cheap and the food is decent-to-good. Especially the salads are great. Overall this is a great value for money.

Some of the pillows were lumpy so I did not get a good night sleep the first night. Unfortunately the included breakfast is made with low quality ingredients which is quite disappointing. The coffee included with breakfast is nes, not espresso.
