The apartment was great, it had a very big balcony with view to the nearby hills. The hotel is located towards the edge of Sandanski, but within 7 minutes walking to the very nice park. The spa area was nice, the inside pool was bigger and the jacuzzi was very nice. The outside pool is rather small, smaller than in the pictures. At 19:45 o'clock the lifeguard of the complex started to cover the pool and the access to the spa areas was cut at 20 :00 o'clock. There is no possibility for dinner in the hotel, the restaurant was closed. We walked ab 10 minutes to a nearby restaurant. The breakfast was not very diverse, but it was OK.

Hotel is located very close to a large park in Sandanski. The park itself is green and gorgeous with a river next to it, kids facilities, etc. Staff was very nice, polite and helpful. There was an (free) electric cars charger which is also great. The room was spacious, clean, and seemingly recently furnished/renovated. Breakfast was not rich but ok and tasty. The food they sell in the restaurant (note this is not a full blown restaurant but more like a place where you can order stuff to eat) is mostly what kids like (a couple of salads, sandwiches, pasta and some sweets) so it is great. There are several seemingly nice restaurants you can reach on foot in 5-15mins but we didn't go that far as we stayed for just 1 night.

A slight inconvenience is that common areas (staircase, elevator, parking) are quite small. Don't get me wrong, they serve their purpose nicely and are not a huge problem but are just small. For example, parking would probably fit all cars but would require some more maneuvering, elevator fits a stroller but have to put it sideways, etc.

Our stay in Hotel Perun was amazing. All staff are amazing very polite,kind and helpful. Always smile and positive. The reception lady was absolutely fantastic and the rest of the staff was. Breakfast was fantastic, there were options for everyone's taste. The restaurant menu was simple but delicious just what I prefer. The spa centre is excellent, very clean and the right place to have some relaxation and recharge. The room was very clean and had all the amenities in place. Highly recommend Hotel Perun to everyone. My husband had a very good massage, and said the guy is fantastic. Very quiet place and just what we needed for relax and peace.

Everything was amazing! The man at the reception was really kind and helpful! The spa was good. There is everything you need, even a lifeguard! The breakfast was delicious! There is a supermarket near and the park is 5 minutes of walking! We took dinner at the property, and their grill is fantastic! We'll definitely come back!

On our arrival we were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff and we were pleasantly surprised by the facilities i.e the room was cool, spacious, quiet & darker - just how I requested in my initial booking. The spa area was clean, relaxing and personally I enjoyed an amazing massage with an extremely professional masseuse. The next morning we had a lovely breakfast with various options to choose from, with complimentary hot/cold beverages. The hotel is located in a very close proximity to a park, where most evenings we had a walk and were able to enjoy dinner & drinks. The best thing is that the hotel is not seasonal and operates all year round, which makes it a great vacation destination for the cold winter days especially with the sauna/steam room available. We might be back sooner than we anticipate :)

It is a great holiday vacation for families with kids, however if you do not have kids might be a little bit noisy and swimming pool crowded at times.

The spa zone and the pool were very nice - scented nicely in the relax zone with a light music. The location was great - close to the city park and the interesting attractions of the city. Also the hotel was right at the beginning of a path towards the forest. The coffee machine, the water machine and the juice machine were also great!

Missing restaurant. Guests of the hotel can eat only at the loby bar where there are only a few dishes to choose from. Very few alternatives for people who avoid fried meals and prefer more dietary food. 6 salads which are all variations of tomatoes and cucumbers. Tomatoes and cucumbers were served for breakfast too. There are no other vegetables in the hotel.

Friendly staff. Good SPA. Very good breakfast. Food in the restaurant was good.

Room was clean but there was mold at some places also in the bathroom. The water in the swimming pool became unclear and a little yellowish. There is no lobby at the reception and when the restaurant is full you have to wait straight.

We stayed as a family for one night on the way back from Greece. The hotel room was very spacious, well equipped and with comfortable beds and separate rooms. Everything we needed after full day of travel :) Breakfast was also good. We did not have a chance to use spa and pool, but they look quite good too.

The staff was very helpful and the reception works all day. The rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast is nice and we enjoyed our time in the spa. Remember to bring your own flipflops for the pool (bathrobes, towels are included).

A safebox should be added to the room.
